Add merge fields into workflow task creation
It would be vice to have merge fields available for in the creation of new workflow tasks. Example. I have workflow task setup to be generated when a new case is created. Like the e-mail template, it would be nice to have the ability to insert merge fields in the description section and the subject line. This way, when the new task is created it will have a few bits of information concerning the case it is related to. I know that the task will have a link to the case, but as a quick view, it is convenient.
Downgrade from Enterprise to Professional
When I downgrade, what happens to any Custom modules I have created, do they stay in CRM or are they deleted ?

Hide Calls in new Open Activities related list
Our backend got 'upgraded' to the new breakout of Tasks/Meetings/Calls but they are all even worsely combined when viewing the Open Activities related list on a deal. Is there a way to remove the columns not needed? (i.e. don't need Calls to show.)
