Require Tasks Closed before proceeding to next deal stage
Zoho Community, We would like to require that all tasks are marked as completed before being allowed to proceed to the next stage of the deal phase. Example: When Deal enters the stage "Property Identified", a task is created for the user to "Confirm collection of documents." Our team would like to require that the "Confirm collection of documents" task is marked as completed before proceeding to the next deal stage after "Property Identified." Is this possible? Hello Now that we are able to translate all fields in CRM, can you confirm that we can safely change the label of ADDRESS fields, even if we are using other Zoho apps that are integrated with the CRM (invoice, ...) ? Web Form created in Sandbox insert data in production

Importing data
I just want to make sure I have this right before I do it and mess everything up. I have all of my contacts in zoho crm already. I then set up Deals (or factfinds as I have renamed it) for each sale and I included the contacts in there but left everything else more or less blank and export the CSV file. I have now gone through the CSV and completed it. I want to now import that back in which I am fairly sure is just clicking on Import, choosing Zoho crm and then uploading the CSV file. I just
Bug Report: Reminder setting doesn't always open
When creating a new activity and specifying a reminder date, sometimes the date setting window (img 3) doesn't open, but the slider moves across. If you attempt to save at that point you get an error message (img 1). You then have to re-click the reminder slider (img 2) to get into the date settings. It would be a lot easier if the slider simply set the reminder date/time to the same as the activity automatically, with a hyperlink ('set') next to it to open the date settings window if you need to
OneDrive Links not being accepted in url field
Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but putting a link to a OneDrive file in a URL field pulls up an error message about it not being a valid link. Any ideas? Thanks Chris

Using the MS Exchange Sync module - basic authentication required?

According to the instructions in https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/extensions/team-collaboration/articles/microsoft-exchange-administrator-guide#Prerequisites, one of the prerequisites is to have Basic Authentication enabled. Emails on contacts pulling through to accounts
Hi I have sent multiple emails to two different contacts that are associated with the same account, however the emails sent are not pulling through to the account page under the "emails" section. I have refreshed countless times but nothing has changed. How do I ensure the emails sent to contacts associated to the account pull through to the accounts page? Thanks Ashleigh
Replace IMAP with MAPI
We would like to request that IMAP be replaced with MAPI. Due to security issues we have eliminated the use of IMAP for all users except those on CRM. Requiring those users to have IMAP subjects us to hacking attempts which we cannot block right at the authentication policy in Office 365. Granted we can protect accounts in other ways including MFA and conditional access policies, but having IMAP off means we can stop the attacks right at the authentication policy thereby not making it flow through

Feeds not working for certain users
Hi, we are a small organisation with just 2 users, I get a feed of everything my colleague changes, ( i don't think i manually set this up). My colleague however does not get a feed of everything i do on zoho and he has the same user permissions as i do. When you go into his feeds each time it shows "write your first feed" even though we have already sent items from his feed. can you explain how i switch this functionality on for him so he can see my zoho activity in his feeds?

Facebook profile name missing (broken link) in Mentions of Social tab
Some of the the Facebook profile names are missing (broken link) in Mentions column of Monitor page of Social tab in Zoho CRM. Please note that it shows the profile names without any trouble when the mention is on a Facebook Page. But it fails to show the link when a FB user mentions us. Is it so that it can only trace back the FB Page mentions only?

Lead assignment by day of week
Is there a way to auto assign leads to reps based on day of week? Rep 1 gets leads created on Monday and Wednesday Rep 2 gets leads created on Tuesday and Thursday Rep 3 gets leads created on Friday and Saturday I was looking at the assignment rules but I cannot figure out a way to program this in... Uploading file to Google Drive from blueprint
Does anyone know a way to add a file to google drive during a transition in a blueprint? We currently do not use the attachment feature in Zoho, we upload everything directly to the google drive folder associated with the record. So is there anyway to upload directly to Google Drive though a blueprint, or is there anyway to make a workflow that triggers when a file is attached to a record, it uploads that file to Google Drive?

Hello, Has anyone ever used jquery's form plugin with a web-to-lead form from zoho crm? I have been looking for some guidance as to how to allow my webpage to update with a thank you message upon successful completion and submission of the web to lead form without refreshing the page. When I send emails from my Gmail account to people who are already Leads or Contacts in Zoho CRM, these emails are correctly attached to the Leads or Contacts. However, when I send an email from my Gmail account to somebody who is not already in Zoho CRM, no new Lead is created for that person. Deal Import Not Populating Correct Deal Owner
I am importing 20-30 deals from several Deal Owners. All Deal Owners are active. Using the 'Sample_Deal' spreadsheet provided by Zoho, I have populated the fields to be imported, including the 'Deal Owner' and the 'Deal Owner ID'. When going through the mapping steps, I see that the 'Sample Data From File' section shows the 'Deal Owner' and 'Deal Owner ID' are mapped and showing the correct owners. Blueprint - Error While Saving Transition
It looks like a CRM update has just been done. My blueprint has been working fine all day, but is suddenly coming up with an error message - Error While Saving Transition - every time a button is clicked even though no changes have been made to it. If the screen is refreshed after button click, the transition has taken place... but not sure why the error is popping up. Any ideas?

How to handle division spun out to new entity?
One of my customers spun out a division into a new, totally separate company. I don't want to lose the history between the new and old customer. The people are the same, but the emails are different. I figure I can setup a new company and just go back-and-forth between them for history. However, is there a way to have everything show up under one customer account so I can see everything in one place? If I change the customer name, I lost what was under the old versus the new. Hi. We use the product details section and have some products or items that are customized and may involve really long descriptions. However, it is frustrating to see Zoho does not know when a page break is needed. It will mean some lines at the bottom of the page will not get printed and some lines will spill over the next page on the heading lines. Zoho CRM - Invoices module - Quantity in product table is blank
I am having trouble with my Zoho CRM inventory template. This is the first time I've experienced this problem. I deleted two inventory templates the other day and since then the quantity fields are always blank. I've tried everything. Replacing the product table. Deleting all templates and starting over. Nothing works. All exported invoices have blanks in the quantity column. This is a feature of Zoho CRM that I use quite regularly, so it is quite urgent that I resolve this as soon as possible.

Can I use the existing Email templates in CRM for Email campaign?
I see this question has been answered in a previous post: "You can directly copy the HTML source from CRM and paste it in the Zoho Campaigns HTML editor. To copy the HTML, click on Insert html option which is located above the HTMl editor." The problem is that I can't find the 'insert html' option located above the HTML editor. Get a Last Touched date between Modified Time Activity Time and Email Date
