My website has pop-ups & form already created, I want to record the leads which fill these forms directly into Zoho CRM software. Please let me know how this can be done.
"related lists" emails for sales orders
Hi, when I go to a contact on the CRM it shows me all the emails from the contact, under the "related list" When I go to sales orders, under the "related list" for email, its empty, even tho that sales order is associated with a contact, that under the contacts page has 10+ emails. How can I show those emails in the sales order so I don't have to click through to the contact? Thanks
Random "Status" field can't be deleted
We've just set up CRM and we completed a data import from Hubspot. In cleaning up the relevant contact fields, I came across a "Status" field (Single Line). This doesn't seem to be a default field (not in the list on the knowledgebase) but it also isn't a custom field (description text is in solid black), and when I hover over "Remove field" the popup says: "fields created through plugin will not get deleted". Enhancement Request: Send Email Choose Template screen
It would be HUGELY helpful if you could expand the number of characters displayed for the email template name on the Choose Template screen (see screenshot). We have a number of templates with similar names, so we need the additional characters to help us quickly differentiate between these templates when selecting a template. The title says it all: It would be great to be able to insert the Account name + account number. With this I'ld really like a account-number generator. Sales Forecast Report Question
I am attempting to set up a report in Zoho where if a Sales person were to lower the probability of a sales in their pipeline, it would show on the report. I can't figure it out. I can, of course, create a lost sale report. But that is losing the sale altogether. What I'm finding is that my Sales People are just backing down their percentages to keep their prospects from looking close to closing, but also not showing up on the lost sale report. Trigger report creation from change in module field
I want to create a report based on the end date of any of the records in a module. The end dates are not the same and when new records in this module are created a new end date is created with that record. Is there a way to trigger the creation of a record a day after the end date of any particular record in the module? I looked in Workflows but couldn't find option to create a report. I checked in Scheduled Reports but couldn't find an option to create a report from a date in a module's record.
Forwarding email from with in CRM - Original receiver is showing opening
Hello, When I forward an email from CRM to another contact, in the original contact record it is showing they opened the forwarded email. I use gmail. Example I send email to Mary. Then I forward the email I sent to Mary to Beth. In Mary's record, it shows she has opened it. Beth does not have a copy of the email in her record. If I forward email from gmail everything works as it should. Email shows up under the correct contact. Email is opened by the receiver of the email. Thoughts? Anything

edit an event
Your procedure for editing an event does not work. I have no way to access event details one it is created. I CAN edit the basic contact info etc. I cannot edit the details. Also, your procedure if followed exactly brings you to editing the All Events display function. Until a few days ago I was able to edit event details by clicking on "contacts" or "other" which modified the field with a hidden pull down scroll bar on the right margin which I could use to scroll to details. This has disappeared.
Can't select data from lookup field anymore
In a module i have a lookup field from Accounts but when i select some account and push the green button to safe, crm makes the field empty and returns "Please enter a valid client" This module was working till today, i believe after Zoho has an update? My search is also complete different.

Desktop Notification
Businesses send out a lot of 1-1 emails. Maybe for prospecting, updating important information or scheduling demos. A Desktop notification for every email open, click makes much sense in this scenario. Currently, the only way i get to know such opens/clicks is through the bell icon inside CRM. It would make such a huge impact for businesses if there was a desktop alert every time an email is opened/clicked. This would help us in following up with those respective leads right away rather then clicking
Reducing users in CRM Plus
We are removing one of our users in ZOHO. What happens to all the records that show that user as the "lead owner"? Do we need to change all those records before we delete the user? Or What Happens?

Pull in data from Account Record to Opportunity Record
I have a custom field in Account Records indicating if an account has a MSA (Master Service Agreement) with us or not. I want to pull the value of that field into the Opportunity Records. Is there a way to do that? Basically, when a sales rep creates a new Opportunity, I want them to be able to quickly see if the Account has an MSA or not.
Help with monthly revenue
All - I have a question: As a company, we have two types of revenue -- monthly and one time. In order to accurately predict our sales pipeline, we need to track and calculate both based on the opportunity probability. However, there doesn't seem to be any way to replicate / create a field like "expected revenue" to make it based on other, user-created fields. Is there a simple way to do this? The current "amount" and "expected revenue" don't really work for us. Thanks, -Ben

What are the advantages of Converting a Lead while prospecting?
I am essentially asking WHEN do you convert a lead. I know it is when a Lead becomes qualified, but why would I convert sooner than later? What is the advantage to do it as far as features of Zoho are concerned? i.e. am I better off converting quickly or later in the process and why?

This is happening too much now. I am using the paid version of Zoho CRM. Now I can not even add a new deal to an existing contact unless I delete the contact and reinput it as a lead and then convert it. This is a simple and ESSENTIAL function that used to exist. The only solution is to upgrade and pay zoho more money. Cowboys. I will be looking to change to a better crm soon.

I'm curious, how are other users using the Rating field under Leads? The default list seems pretty vanilla. What are some other, more detailed ratings that other users are creating? Enhancement Request: Add Fields to Deduplication Process
It would be extremely helpful in the deduplication process if we could use any of the fields in our CRM as criteria. I don't disagree with the 3 field limit, but being able to add a specific field such as Account Status would be a big improvement.
