Create a Custom Module in ZOHO CRM
Create a Custom Module Log in to ZOHO CRM portal with Administrator privileges and there are two options available to create a Custom Module. 1st is, Under the Modules tab, click on Create New Module. And 2nd is, Go to Setup > Customization > Modules and Fields.
Missing Reports on Event "Check-In"

Gmail Integration that is Selective on an email by email basis?
Is there a solution, paid or otherwise, that would give a Gmail user a plugin that would allow them to determine upon send (or read) whether the email (or thread) would be associated with the CRM contact record? The inbuilt capability is somewhat an all or nothing approach, and to further fine tune seems complex. The Zoho CRM Gmail plugin is not especially fully featured, in that it is focused on getting contacts or leads into CRM, not actual email correspondence. We are long-term gSuite users, so
I don't understand the Workflow setting called "Repeat this workflow whenever a contact is edited"
I am importing records from Dynamics CRM. I'm giving them a tag called "Dynamics CRM Import". I want this tag to be removed when someone edits a contact with that tag on it. I made the following workflow and did not check the box called "Repeat this workflow whenever a contact is edited". Execute on: Edit Condition 1: Where Tag IS "Dynamics CRM Import" (it should only run against Contacts that meet the criteria) Instant Actions: Remove "Dynamics CRM Import" The workflow never works. No edits ever
Zoho unbearably slow
I am evaluating Zoho on a trial basis and am finding page load times of over a minute in some instances. Is this a temporary problem or an ongoing occurrence? If this happens frequently it would be unusable as a productivity tool.

Are the Tasks & Activities Modules the same?
Within Zoho documentation and our own CRM account, I feel like the terms "Tasks" and "Activities" are used interchangeably for that Module. So I am confused: Are the Tasks & Activities Modules the same? If not, what is the difference? In the chart at the top of this page, "Activities" is used. Keeping track of externally sent emails in Zoho CMR
I'm trying to do the following scenario 1. There is a contact in Zoho CRM with email client@example.com 2. Send an email to client@example from Gmail (or any other email provider) 3. [Do something here] 3. Come back to Zoho CRM and navigate to Contact client@example.com 4. I would like to see email sent in step 2 under Emails section in the client Is this possible? I know some CMR's allow you to add a bcc email in step (3) that makes this possible. But if there are other solutions, that'd be great

How to trigger reminder to follow up when prospect does not respond to one to one email (not email campaign)?
Sometimes i will send a simple email to a prospect specifically related to what we discussed. I want to add a tag to that contact named "no-response" if he/she does not respond to my email within 3 days so that I am prompted to follow up with them. How can I do that with Zoho CRM? I'm trying to get an automated Cliq notification to occur whenever a specific field (i.e. Phone) has been updated in an Account — it works when I apply the rule to "All Accounts" but I can't get it to work correctly for accounts with specific criteria (i.e. includes specific tags such as "Client"). Hi: I know I can send an email (email template) automatically if I set the Workflow Rules correctly. My question is: if a new quote(or invoice) is created (or modified), is it possible send the .pdf file automatically by using workflow rules? (I am having a webpage, that can send the data to crm and create a quote, but I want this new quote send back to the webpage user immediately, not wait till the crm owner login the crm account to send). thanks a lot.

Hi, We wanted to try standart version instead of free version to check if it covers our requirements. But, when we clicked try standard version for 15 days, we lost a customized screen (We customized "Service Files (Servis Dosyaları)" as "Çağrı Takip"). Use email template in CRM for Campaigns
So I have all my data in the CRM, created my email templates to start my campaign, I mapped out the workflow to find out we have to do it in Campaigns as the tools in the CRM module are limiting. Ok, all setup, pay the Campaign add on fee and now I'm ready to link the emails created in our CRM module to the workflow. Well, surprise, you guys don't have a way to communicate these two modules. I can't add a mobile number in my contact sheets

Hi, I have a business scenario: we have a lead which is taken care of by an external partner. In this case, we only send email to the Lead's associated Partner to ask for updates on the sales process. When we send the email from the Lead's record to our associated Partner, the email is recorded in the Leads' email list. Zoho Team, I created a forecast for testing purposes and I realized it automatically sent an email to all my users without my knowledge, which brought up a lot of confusion.
