Limit On Multi-Select look Up
I run a tour company that runs youth sports tours. We are effectively selling 'trips' (products) to families (accounts) which are comprised of parents (contacts) and athletes (custom object). There are some entity relationship dynamics that make setting up the custom object possible but I am running into limitations with multi-Select Look Ups that is limiting my ability to make these relationships. Excluding Inactive Records from Search Box
The Situation: We have inactive account and contact records. These are records of people that have passed away, left companies, or other reasons for the records to be archived. Hi- I'm completely new to Zoho CRM and Deluge, but not coding/scripting is JS and other web languages. I've created a subform in my Accounts module that allows users to enter any number of "key contacts" rows for an Account (e.g., to identify an individual as a "manufacturing contact", a "sales contact", "accounting contact", etc.) Each of these rows in the subform contains a Lookup field referencing a record in the Contacts module, and a pulldown, "contact_role" field with their designated role.

We just realized that our sales team has been leaving notes in various CRM modules. These notes are often things like "couldn't contact customer", etc. Basically stuff we want to be informed of ASAP. Establish many-to-many module association

We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Docs. We are debating internally if we should store customer contracts, proposals, etc as attachments on the CRM opportunity or if we should store them in Doc folders. We like the ability to look at an opportunity and find documents w/o opening up Docs.

Hello, I've created a Form and integrated it to CRM. Now I want CRM to push it to Desk so I had synced both CRM and Desk. I was able to create a test enquiry in Forms and it successfully pushed through CRM. However, this test enquiry does not appear in Desk. I made sure that there is a two-way sync with CRM and Desk and selected all CRM related list. Can anyone help? Thank you.

I have a Mobile Number field and I have added some validation rules. I also want to add a rule to validate the Mobile field to ensure that no spaces can be entered as characters. Dear all, We have discontinued support of Data Enrichment feature as a plug-in from Marketplace. It will soon be available as an in-built feature under Setup > General > Zia. Once rolled-out the Data Enrichment tab will be displayed for all the customers under Zia. Existing users' data has already been migrated and they can view it under the Data Enrichment tab in CRM. Create new Office 365 user option is missing
This button used to have a select menu with multiple functions, one of which was to create a new user from our Office 365 account. This would essentially allow single sign on for Zoho with Office 365. I used this function last week. Today the function is missing. Nothing has changed that I know of. I have cleared browser cache and cookies. I have tried Firefox and Chrome.

Getting Organic Search Data into Zoho
New to Zoho here so apologies if this is a rookie question. Currency fields all suddenly showing NaN
Was there a recent update? It seems to have broken all my currency fields. They all appear as "NaN" and when I click edit, the actual field is blank, meaning the value is lost.

How to remove multiple contact people from opportunity in the CRM?
Hi there, We had accidentally added the wrong contact to an opportunity, as the contact has the same name as someone in another organisaion or "account" - however, since replacing them with the new contact, it now comes up with both contacts associated with the opportunity. Add Contact Roles to Accounts Module Header
The deals module allows the display of contact roles in the header. Yes, you can have roles that display in contact related list in accounts, but there does not appear to be a way to have that role show in the header of accounts.
