Migrate Zoho CRM to another CRM
Hi have placed a request ID #32394054 but yet to receive any input. Due to some changes, there is a need to migrate (backup) a Zoho CRM database to another Zoho One CRM. Any pointers on how to do this as the input to the CRM is only csv/excel file. The backup has multiple csv /excel files. Any quicker way?
Last Activity Time
I am looking to report on last activity time. I know that zoho has a field for this but this field updates the date and time every time i import data. I am looking for last activity time for the last time a sales person emailed, called or created a task. is that possible? thank you in advance any help.

Is it possible to get current type/action (create, delete, change) of a workflow inside a custom function? E.g.: If a record is created, worklow calls function a_func(). If a record is deleted, worklow calls function a_func(). Inside a_func(), I do something like: if(workflow.action=="delete") ... if(workflow.action=="create") ... Or do I have to set up two different fiunctions?

Too many contacts appear in Account view
When I select an account, the contacts appear at top of the view. For accounts with many contacts, only a subset appears. How does zoho determine which contacts to present in this space? Zoho doesn't appear to distinguish between active and inactive contacts when selecting. Can I control which contacts are presented at the top? I have a full list of contacts further down the view but only want my primary active contacts at the top.

Complete Account Backup AND Download
Hello. I have monthly backups scheduled, but now trying to download a Complete backup file and there are no links and no obvious places where this can be performed. When I receive monthly email with a link and I go to this area, I see attached, but No ability to download anywhere to be seen. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Include Calls and Events Next Actions on Deals
Currently, open Tasks show under the heading "Next Actions" on the grey header for a Deal. I have clients that use both the Call and Event activities as much as they do Tasks and would like to see all three there if at all possible. Given they are all "Activities" and we are able to see all three in Views, this seems like a good idea, both for consistency and user experience.

I too was frustrated by the inability to change the background color (requested feature for quite a few years). I found a plug-in (firefox for me) to allow by-site color changes to foregrounds and backgrounds. I think it works via on-the-fly CSS alterations. Offcie 365: Attaching email in Zoho to a record other than that of the sender
Is there a way to attach an email to a company or contact record that is not the sender? For instance if i want to attach an email that is regarding an issue I am handling for a client but was not to/from that client, how would i do that in Office 365. There is a way to do that using the desktop Outlook but I do not see that functionality when working in Office 365.

Zia for Zoho CRM
From watching Zoholics videos, I though Zia would intelligently answer chat questions based on keywords. I chatted with support and they mentioned that for Zia to answer questions, we need to pre configure it with questions from the setup page. If that is the case, it would be better to run reports that pre configure Zia with tons of questions. I really thought that Zia was an intelligent AI that can answer chat questions based on keywords without any need for configuration.
Workaround for discount issues in Quotes?
Like every business imaginable, we offer discounts to our customers. The Quote form enables you to add a line item discount using either a flat discount or a % discount (which then automatically calculates the discount amount). Wonderful. However, Quotes does not automatically calculate the total discount under Sub Total by adding all of the line item discounts. In addition, when exporting the Quote to PDF, there is no way to show the line item discounts (either by their dollar amount or %). Quotes
Leads are not showing up.
Leads that are created when a new user fills out our registrations are no longer showing up in today's leads, lead lists, or even when we search for them by email address or name. The only place we can see them is in the audit trail. all leads view- still not there Please advise
Adding the Sales Notes field to the layout
When I edit the fields to shwo on my Leads tab I can see all the other fields e.g Lead Source etc but the one I really need to see - the Notes field does not show in the 'edit Tabular View' so I can't see it at a glance on the client Tab View - I'm very new to this so please excuse my very rough terminology! Hello Im trying to use a formule in a module from zoho CRM to calculate the profit from a trip. The trip profit is the client cost - hotel cost - transfer cost. Using RingCentral with the zohoCRM iPhone & iPad app
I have moved my business over to using RingCentral as our main phone service strictly because of it's "Premier" Integration with ZohoCRM. After buying my team LTE enabled iPads to use in the field (figure its cheaper than adding new phones and cellphone lines) I have found that the app doesn't seem to integrate at all with RingCentral. I was hoping we would be able to call out of zoho and see who is calling if they are calling in. I am now stuck with 2 stand alone apps that won't even share contacts

Email Templates Not Flyer
I would like to create email templates for prospecting and follow ups. I have several emails i send regularly asking for introduction, then follow ups and so on. The email template options i see are for marketing and flyers. Is there an email template option that lets me send a regular email. I see the plain test option as well but that doesn't allow me to insert a signature that looks nice. Bottom line, i would like to create templates to look like regular emails. Please help.
