Can you add tasks to the calendar rather than only showing events. For example, when we are calling prospects and set up a time to call someone specifically, we would like to see that in the calendar view. We hardly use Events, especially to categorize

Hi, When we setup our system for the first time we configured an email from address with my domain "support@mydomain.com". then we approved the address by link. Now we want the emails to be sent with smtp server settings. I entered all the details (user,server etc.) but i can see emails are still sent from zoho servers. Any help will be appreciated.

Zoho refuses to improve their security over their web forms
Has anyone else experienced the following problem? We have integrated Zoho webforms into our website so that all leads are collected directly into the Zoho CRM database. The forms have the Zoho captcha on them however it does not seem to work against spam bots that run over the internet. "Call NOW"' button doesn't show up for one user
Hi, I've on-boarded a new user by giving him the same role and same profile as other sales rep in our org but only for him he cannot see the button "Call now" in the lead module. Testing with other users for the same leads, he is the only one who can't access this button. Adding Products with Custom Price?
So while in a deal I would like to add a products from my products list. Basically our products would be considered services and each deal would be different, as well as quote. Is there any way I can add products to deals and just edit the price? Or am I going to have to create a new product with a new price every time?? SalesForce did this easily... Once we figure this out its on to creating quotes out of deals. Fun.
I need to Upload an Attachment in a Blueprint and then send out a notification mail with that attachment
I use Zoho CRM to manage my deal flow. We publish books. Once a client's artwork have been approved it needs to move to the next stage in the deal flow. I created a blueprint "Artwork Approved" that requires the user to upload a pdf version of the final approved artwork to the deal. I then need the blueprint to send a notification email to a number of people that include the approved Pdf so they can action it further. I can send the emails but can find no way to attach the pdf that was just uploaded.
Parsing information
Could somebody help me understand how to set up the parser email? We have built a simple email template which each sales person can send to their client requesting information from the client to ensure we have the correct invoice details stored so we can send the customer a correct invoice. Accounts tab not showing a full list of accounts in the system
Under Contacts Tab, every Account is associated with an Account. However, under the Accounts Tab only a handful of Accounts appear. Alternatives to WebMerge
Greetings, We are trying to automate all our document creation in Zoho CRM, like addresses labels and other kind of PDFs. The integrated Mail merge/fusion in Zoho CRM isn't good enough since it doesn't allow you to do mail merge in "Accounts" and you can't do either "Mail merge" or "Document fusion" in "Quotes". We found about WebMerge but we wind it really expensive for our needs. Are we not using the integrated merging tool correctly? Is there another software/tool that can do what we are trying
Best Practice for Vendors and Leads that have accounts associated with them.
Hello Everyone, I'm looking for a best practices. I noticed that leads and my vendors were associated to Accounts. Is it best practice to keep them associated or to split them up. Vendors are not really clients. They are people we buy from and dont sell to. And Leads havent bought anything to be considered a client. Work order suddenly defaulting to account rather than contact
In our business we attach all Work Orders to a Contact rather than to the account. This allows us to look at contact requests and orders, rather than just the account requests. It also pulls contact information correctly when done this way. It has been working fine for hundreds of work orders, then suddenly yesterday it stopped connecting them to contacts and started only connecting them to the account. This is a huge problem for our organization, as now the work order is not able to be tracked
Online quoting with Zoho Apps
Hi all We're looking at using Zoho CRM and we currently use Proposify to deliver online quotes to customers. Is there a quoting app from Zoho that integrates natively that we can look at? Email password not being saved
I am trying to update my email settings. I have a paid account. In the Outgoing Mail Server section I enter a password and press update but no password is saved. This means that authentication constantly fails. A password is saved OK for Incoming Mail Server, but not for Outgoing Mail Server. What is wrong?

why do we not see emails when you are in activities? it seems like you have to go into contacts/leads to see the emails - is this the way it is or am i missing something? would love to see some more info on tasks/activities. i am super new here!!!! thanks

I am trying to figure out a way to time stamp last interaction date and time based on email. We imap outlook into our crm so we can view the emails but can't track/report on it or auto populate a field with a time stamp. Is there a workaround for this issue?

Hi, Our company sells services that can extend from 1 month to 24 months. I need assistance on how we enable this in deals so our pipeline view and reporting is reflective in the QRT and FY that the revenue is realised. Example - We win a deal for $400,000 over 8 months with the revenue realised by month ie 50,000 ( sometimes this is variable so can be higher and lower per month ). Winning the deal at the full value is a false view of the revenue being realised if it is split up over months Example

suddenly when we create a demo the stystem is creating a blank quote with thye customers name as the item. Pretty sure we did not instigate this. Any ideas checked all our workflows

I synced my Zoho CRM and Gmail contacts using a 3rd party software that I regret trusting. Basically I have duplicates of my almost 800 contacts. I'm going through each one and merging the contacts, but there honestly has to be a mass search for "similars" or duplicates. Both yahoo and gmail have features like this. I'm looking for exactly the same function that will show me to similars and allow me to choose which fields to keep from which duplicate. How can I do this? Ryan
"Last Activity time" & "Modified TIme" from the LEADS MODULE
Hi, I have observed that in the Lead MODULE when entries are made in the call fields of Open activities section it sets the "Last Activity time" for the lead. Later any time you update any of the fields of Lead Information section the "Modified TIme" changes to the time of modification and it is observed that for such modification the "Last Activity time" also changes to that of the modified ( lead information) time. Ideally the "Last Activity time" which is the time of the call should not change

We are receiving a "Please enter correct Code" error when implementing our Zoho form. We are using the Source version. Any recommendations for things we can check? Can I order the legend on a CRM dashboard graph component?
