Sending quote and email using templates for both
I tried to send quote but when it comes time to select template at the time the email is composed my email templates are not visible. That forces me to download the quote, create a separate email from Template then attach quote. Any ideas how to streamline this so it is a single process..

Hi, I am trying to get some assistance with Zoho CRM, specifically "Quotes" - I have all my products entered with Retail/Unit/Cost information, but I cannot figure out how to create hidden fields, or a way to analyze my profit before submitting the quote - I am trying to find a way to pull that information from the products module so that I can view that as I am preparing my quote for a customer. Avoid auto-reset
Hi all, In our opportunity module, we have two field of Estimated Value and Contract Value. Estimated Value is a mandatory field when a new opportunity is created, and once the opportunity stage moved from identified to Proposal Sent, Contract Value become mandatory. It works perfectly fine when the update is done through the "edit" button. However, the Estimated Value field is automatically reset when the user click on the stage flow chart/line. Hello, I am on CRM plus plan and now trying to figure out Zoho support. We are using Sales IQ too..I see that there is a chat section in Support but says 'No chats'. I am confused as from the answers above I understand there is no differnce between Sales IQ and this Chat. Is there a way for me to access the sales IQ conversations etc in cat section of zoho support??

CRM Search is Broken
Hello, since yesturday, we have the Problem, that our CRM search is Broken. If we are searching in CRM for a customer with the Firma Number, we are looking for no result (Shot 1). But if we search by name, the Firma Number is also in the result (Shot 2). How do I integrate my email with Zoho and sync it with Office outlook. I had sent this question through but received no answer. Do I need a new ap or do I have what I need in the free version. Email issue
I set in CRM a department shared email form which I want my men write to their contact. It is fine but if a contact reply to the same email, the answer will not appear in Zoho. I can only see sent email but not the "inbox" ones... Can you help me? I want having 4 account, each for my guys. Each guys must receive, on shared email, only messages from contacts whom he is the owner and answer to them. Is it possible? Thanks

I have made changes to my leads and refreshed the page to no avail. The changes are not reflected. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Is it possible for a field to inherit its value from another field? For example: In my Companies view, I have a dropdown called Industry. In my Contacts view, I have a similarly named dropdown with the same possible values. Is there any way for the Contacts.Industry dropdown value to be the same as the Companies.Industry dropdown? No 'Participants' field when creating an Event
Zoho CRM Enterprise edition, 9 users, part of Zoho One. When I create a new Event on a Contact, there is no Participant field - I've checked the layout - it's just not there. What am I doing wrong? I feel like I haven't enabled something, somewhere else. Thx for any help, Kevin

How can I change the default title field from FREE ENTRY to a SELECT field? Since its a system field, it doesn't let me me change or delete it. How do I filter Zoho contacts so that only a subset of them get sync'd with my Outlook contact folder?
Here is what I need to figure out. Say I have 10,000 contact records in Zoho CRM and I only want 500 of them to sync with my "contacts" folder in Outlook. Anybody else out there like to see the ability to add tooltips to custom fields? We are using zCRM a lot more and trying to customize it to fit our needs. Appending Variables to URLs in Templates
I use SalesIQ and CRM. When setting up email templates within CRM I'm forever copying & pasting variables to append to URL links. so I can track the user when they come back to my website. It would be great if we had to option to "Append Details" automatically by checking a box. A lot of people would not be familiar with code or what variables to append, this would make it a lot easier. See graphic attached.

Email Sequences
Does Zoho CRM have email sequences feature or some another way how to check whether email I sent to prospect was replied to? And if not, could it automatically send a follow up reminder email? There are separate tools that do that, but it would be great to be able to do it within Zoho CRM. Does anybody have a workaround for this?
