If I am looking at the Activities list and hover over the name of someone the activity in the list is associated with then it shows a pop up with their full name and telephone number. How can I change this so that it also shows me their mobile number?

We need a way so that our users know when another employee has ‘engaged’ one of the contacts at that account. Exporting Modules into Excel Docs
Why isn't it an option to export leads, contacts etc. into excel documents as opposed to 'Zoho Sheet View' which is no use to anyone, especially with documents that contain more than 100 contacts which is pretty much most documents. The copying and pasting of Zoho Sheet View into an Excel Document is highly tedious and I'm not sure why this feature hasn't been added yet? It seems the standard of most CRMs, no?

Hi Zoho, I am looking for a solution where my clients (individual) able to log int to view what training courses they had attended with my company. Currently, I use CRM and listed each of my class as PRODUCTS. I tried using the CRM client portal. Thinking showing the PRODUCTS will able to allow my clients to see those PRODUCTS that they had signed up. However, it display entire list of the PRODUCTS rather than those PRODUCTS that I had associated to the client contact record.

Create E-mail from custom module with lots of data
We have a custom module to capture the specifications for a RFQ to be sent to our vendors. THe module collects a lot of data mostly in check box form. This data is then used to tell vendor the specs for the tool they bid on. Is there or what is the best way to create an e-mail from a module record with this data "already completed" to send the to vendors to bid the RFQ?

Hi, this is for an education CRM. Customers should fill which courses they did previously. So, the point should be a section with "name of the course", "where" and "when". Once filled, if they need it they can click "add more" and the section is duplicated so they could add in there more courses. How could I solve this? Thank you very much!
Autofill Terms and Condition based on List
Hey, we have certain Conditions based on the licence type. As we need to adapt them, depending on many circumstances, we have a "predefined" version, which should appear, as soon as the sales person chooses which licence type the quote is for. So I added a "Licene Type" list. Now, when licence "a" is chosen, the "terms and condition" should be autofilled with a predefined text, but should be editable. When "b" is chosen, is should be another text and so on. How can i do it? BW

I want to add a new field URL to my contact page. When I try I get this error. Maximum field limit reached. Only 15 custom fields can be created for your edition. Please upgrade to Higher Editions, or remove the extra fields and delete them permanently from Unused Fields to create new fields. Turning off Email Notifications in Free Version
Hi there I've read other posts about this and the answers given do not seem to apply in the free version of the software that i'm using. Please advise how to turn off the email notifications in free. SMS Texts Module incoming phone number field
We are successfully using the Twilio SMS extension in CRM. In the SMS Texts module there is no field for incoming phone number. If a new lead (not in the CRM) sends us an SMS we are unable to see a reply number. How can we add the incoming number field?

Sales Signals notification lights up but there are none
The Sales Signal notification icon lights up all the time, but when I click on it, there are no notifications. See the attached image for example. I believe I'm getting a fake sales signal every time I receive an email from a contact in the system. Even though my Sales Signal settings say not to notify me of that event. Any idea why I'm still getting sales signals when I have none? Also, the "Feeds" section is blank as well. So the signals aren't coming from feeds either.

Feed usage-- archiving posts in the Feed or somehow hiding ones that are read and no longer relevant
We are using Zoho CRM and trying to figure out how to hide or archive posts on the Feed that have been 'processed'-- meaning-- one person posts a message on a matter saying two other users need to do A and then B--- those two user reply back and ask a question, which gets anwered, all inside the post (great-this is how it should work). Then user A and B complete the item ad that 'Post' or converstaion' is over.....but all that text and messaging stays visable(?) Am I missing some obvious feature
Automatic Address Suggestions
I used to use Xero once you put the number and street it will have the options of choosing the right address, I think you need to work on this. For example, if I have to fill up the postcode for the particular suburb, I need to google the postcode and enter manually. Which is time consuming. Once we put the number and street, the system should be able to suggest address and if we click the right one it should fill automatic suburb, postcode and state. Please explain?
