Is there a place to submit idea requests or feedback for Zoho CRM?
I've been using Zoho CRM for a while now and there's a number of features that I think would improve. Does Zoho CRM have somewhere for its users to submit these suggestions?
Always two digits after the comma
Hi, I use a custom formula field in my quotes, which calculates the grand total multiplied by a factor (e.g. 1.0456). Now I want to show the resulting value of that formula field in my quotes, ALWAYS with TWO digits after the comma. How do I do that?
Option to Add Record from Search Interface
I have a feature request. A couple of my users are really missing a feature that we had in a previous CRM. If they put a name into the free-form search bar and no matching records existed there was a link in the search interface dropdown that said something like "Create New Contact called {First Name} {Last Name}" It would be great if ZOHO had a similar feature either in the free form search results or the expanded results that allowed users to create new records based on the search input field.

How do I get my Zoho CRM Campaign module updated with Zoho Campaign information?
I have created and sent an email campaign from Zoho Campaigns, I have enabled the Sync Settings so it will create and Update the Member status in CRM. The Campaign has been created in CRM, but the contacts have not been updated, and I cannot see the Subject and Sender details like I do in Campaigns. The specific member information does flow in, as I have created the field for this info to flow into. Is there a setting or something I should do to have the contact list flow in and sync to the CRM
VERY SLOW SUPPORT
Can some one assist me asap.. your support team is so slow....it takes me hours just to respond to the inquiries.. this is definitely not efficient system especially if you have serious problems such as BUGS.
Accumulating data in one field from another
I'm trying to build a historical listing of entries in one field from another field. Specifically, in the deal module I would like to copy "next step" entries to a newly created field when it is time to create a new "next step". The idea is to create a historical listing of next steps inside a deal, tagged by name of user and date of creation. As it stands, they get overwritten when you enter a new next step. Fwd incoming email from specific group of leads
We have ZoHo CRM importing emails from 3 user accounts and would like when an email is received to any of these 3 accounts that is from a lead with a certain status to have that email forwarded to a specific email address. The leads are in the thousands so a solution that involves specifying each one individually simply will not work so want to do this based on some action that checks a lead status. Thanks, Dustin

Automatic Lead Re-Routing
I have leads generated via the email parser. These are assigned to one person for assignment to salespeople. If this person is gone for several days, I want to notify other staff there are leads waiting or re-assign these to other staff. Can someone give me the high-level steps they used to set up this solution? I basically need a workflw to autmatically assign a lead to a new person after x days so these leads dont just sit there waiting on the original staff to come back to work. Thanks!
Pick List says item already exists but it's not visible
I've got a custom field in Contacts. I'm trying to add a Pick List Option which does not appear in the list but getting an error message. Note that the value I'm trying to add to my field called "Function" in the Contact module exists as a field called "Relationship" in the Account module.
Cloning a Campaign in Zoho CRM doesn't copy of the activities (tasks, events, etc.)
When I clone a Campaign in Zoho CRM it doesn't copy of the activities (tasks, events, etc.) from the cloned campaign to the new campaign. Essentially all the clone function does is copy the name.

Cannot Choose/See Columns when creating a custom view
I'm trying to create a custom view and all I am able to see is "specify criteria" There is no option to choose columns like I see on every help article/video. I attached a screen shot. Any idea? I am an admin so I should be able to see everything.
work flow is not running with lead creation by Form
I créate a Form to créate new leads, once the form is sending source is feed with F-WEB, also I créate a workflow associated to lead creation and source F-WEB but when I run the form eventhougn the new lead is created and teh source is updated with f_WEB teh workflow doe not run. however if I créate teh new lead manually in ths CRM and update source F-WEB the workfollow run. I understand from a past conversation with support that it's possible to have a report 'linked' to a contact, so that I could click this link when on the contact view page, and I could run a report that could show me all emails, open activities, closed activities, and notes associated with that contacts account. This would give me the ability to get a summary of what other users have been doing on the account page, but without me having to leave the contact page. I understand how to run a report

I have a new person in our Connect network, she's accepted the invite to the network, I'm following her, I've invited her to several groups which show she's a part of. She has even sent a private post to me from Zoho. BUT - whenever I try to tag her in a post, her name doesn't populate. Zoho CRM Field Formula
Hi, I've created my own fields in a form, and created some fields showing 'Deposit paid', then created a field 'Amount due', which take the deal amount and deducts the deposit, works fine, and then created 'Final Payment' field. I then tried to create a new formula field called 'Outstanding', And this should be 'Final Payment' - 'Amount Due' But the auto window does not seem to show any formula fields in it to pick from. Is there a manual work around I can do? Thanks.
Templates and workflow rules and custom modules
We have several custom modules that relate to the company and contacts in Zoho CRM. I can run reports that pull and filter data on multiple modules. But I do not see a way to create workflows and/or templates that pull data from both the contact and the custom modules. Is there a way to do this that I am missing?

Share Emails All checkbox not retaining setting
Two questions. 1. When I set Share Emails according to the attached screen, it does not retain the setting when I return to the record. 2. I want to Share Emails - All to be enabled by default for all my contacts (especially because I will soon do the major import of contacts from my old CRM. Can this be set globally for all Contacts?
Deduplicate Accounts by email address
I'm very confused by the options ZOHO provide to dedpulicate accounts. Account names are often written differently, e.g. with "AG" (a stock corporation), or "GmbH" (a limited liability company), you can write it with or without these suffixes. And there are many more such terms, so how do you want to deduplicate by account name? It seems to me that ZOHO did not have much customers from Europe so far... The only deduplication option which is interesting for me would be to deduplicat by an email field.
URGENT - All existing blueprint deleted!!!
Hello, Re: Blueprints Problem I have just added a new blueprint for the sales process, acting on a deals field. After saving, all my previous blueprints (all relating to a custommodule3) have disappeared, assumed deleted. They were all present before I started the new blueprint. There were 4 in total, all deactivated, all now gone. What's going on please? Can they be recovered? The audit log only shows: "Added a Blueprint named Sales for Deals" and no mention of any deletes. Populating Pricebooks
Hi All, My company is using Zoho Enterprise Edition, and we distribute products from several vendors. Our productlist is about 4000 items (maybe more). I found support from the system to massive import products, but when I get to the pricebook this is another story, the only utility to support massive pricebook operations is just import the name of the pricebook and the description...So the products must be added to the procebook one by one.... There is no support to add, clone or update products
