How do I assign tasks and reminders to others in CRM?
Our projects have multiple owners who share responsibilities across the lifecycle of a deal. Is there a way the primary owner can assign a task or reminder to members of his team? Or better yet, a way to automatically have team members receiving the same reminders and notifications as the owner?
Sync Contacts from Outlook
Hi there, One of our guys needs to sync some contacts from his Outlook across to Zoho CRM. He has over 6000 contacts in his Outlook that have been built up over 10+ years in the industry. Some of these contacts might be duplicates or people who have worked over a few organisations in the past 10+ years. Task Due On Stage Not Date
How can I add a task that has a due stage, not due date? Eg; Our sales process in Zoho CRM goes through 12 stages and I need to create a task that is due when the 8th stage gets completed for a certain customer (ie; this is a one off task I need to create, not something for every customer every time stage 8 completes). So how can I create tasks due by stage, and not due by date. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Ability to add tool tips to default fields
It would be useful to add a tool tip to the default module fields created by Zoho i.e. probability, amount For some of our staff, this is their first time using a CRM and we want to make it as easy and informative as possible for them.
DateComp not working - Trying to Update a Formula Field
I'm using the following in a Formula field, but the value does not update from 0. Datecomp(Now(),${Deals.Date Ready to Invoice}) I'm trying to keep an updated record of how many days since the Deal Stage changed to "Ready to Invoice". Is there another way if the above formula won't update?

Each time we convert a lead to a contact, there is a notification email that gets automatically sent to one of our staff. Please let me know how we can stop that notification.

Unable to click on users
I am an Administrator of our CRM account and I am unable to click on selected users under Setup > Users Some of our users are appearing as 'undefined' and when I attempt to click on them the red bar across the top of the CRM page loads continuously. We've logged a ticket with support and have made no progress with the development team. It's been 4 days since the issue was reported, and our users are unable to work in the CRM. Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone please help?

Custom features - View tasks, calls and events in same list in chronological order
i'm very satisfied with Zoho CRM but i think that it lacking a basic functionality for us, I would love to order a company's closed activity list, chronologically, but this is not possible because calls respect to tasks or events They do not have a single date field that I can order. Just look at the picture to understand my deep discomfort and my simple problem. I would like this feature very much. Anyone know how to help me?

Auto emails
I have setup an autoemail with the following settings: When: Execute during a date/time field occurrence 4 Days after Creation Date Condition: Lead Status is Open, Attempted contact, no show, contacted Instant Action: Email #1 It does not work though. Does the condition mean that the status must be all of those at the same time? Or does it mean that the lead status must be open or attempted contact or etc? Can anyone help me? User Performance Component
Hi, I'm looking to create a component where I can track YTD sales amounts for each of my salespeople. I would like one component to show me the following columns: 1. User Name 2. Closed Deal $ Amount 3. Open Deal $ Amount. The problem I am running into is that in creating a report, I can only use two columns, User Name and Amount. Scheduled calls not showing up in upcoming activities
Hello. I am trying to use the Calls function in activities rather than marking it as Tasks. Why isn't a scheduled call for a future date no showing us as upcoming Activity on the top of the page as does the future task schedules? This is an issue because when looking at an account that has a future call scheduled, there isn't a upcoming event bar at the top of the page which is deceiving. Webform redirect is stripping out valuable referral data
Hi all When tracking web conversions, we typically see lots of valuable data within Google Analytics and Google Adwords called Source/Medium. This tells us which 3rd party sites etc our users came from. Lately our download pages have started using an embedded Zoho WebForm and we're losing this data. I believe this is because when a user completes a web form, they are temporarily redirected to Zoho CRM before being passed onto our "thank you for downloading" page. Hi Is it possible to have Sales Targets/ Sale Budget created for each customer with same or different products. Our customers give us sales forecast/ budget at the begining of the year. Hi, I am trying to use a transparent PNG image component in an Email Template (using the new editor). However the transparency does not appear to work. Is this a known issue? I have a workaround by redoing the image with the same colour background - however using transparent image backgrounds would be preferable? Thanks

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to reflect in a field when the last communication (email) was performed. There is any way to reflect in a field the last communication (email) date or the difference between the last communication and the current date. My final idea is to trigger workflows when a communication has been inactive so long. Anybody has achieved that? Many thanks!
Problems to sync data of CRM to Reports
Hello, I am having problems with updating of one data in ZOHO Reports. This only be happens with a specific field from ZOHO CRM, for example: In CRM my contact data is the status field, that is equal to signed. Can you pull data from another module?
Hi there, I'm in the process of customizing my Zoho setup. I can't seem to figure out how to populate a field in one module with data form a field with the same name in another module. For example. I have a module called "Leads" and a module called "Offers". Both modules have a custom field called "Current Value". Ideally, I would like to populate this field in the Leads module and then when I create an "Offer" for that lead, be able to link to that data. Hope I'm explaining this right. Any ideas?

Invitees added to a Event or task
I have a couple of questions regarding invitees. When I add an invitee to an event or task is it possible to have the email send a outlook meeting request rather than just a text message. This would allow us to set up meetings with clients or other resorces in outlook. We do this now with outlook and it makes the customer experience so much better than have them manually enter an appointment. Is it possible to have invitees advised automatically if the task they have been added to is changed? Thanks
Loading a picklist from a custom function?
Hello, I was wondering if I could load a picklist in the Accounts module with values from a custom function? I have a picklist field statically populated with a list of our facilities. Is there a way that I could populate this data via the api or a webhook that will fill it with the information from our database? Also is there a way to have list item pairs in the picklist? Such as an id value is behind the scenes of the display value? Thanks, David

CRM users mix levels
Do all agents have to be at the same level within the organisation?, ie I have some that require mainly sales functions, so they only need a full crm with products and quote ability, some that cross over so they need desk and basic crm obviously to keep my costs to a minimum this would be ideal to have say a combination of free and professional users (or above) but I dont know if this is possible or not Kevin
Recurrent task triggered by a workflow
Hi, I want to implement a recurrent task which will be created when a field is modified in a module´s record. Which is the same a workflow which activates a recurrent task. I have seen that is possible to create recurrent task manually, but I can not create a recurrent task in the workflow editor dashboard. Is this possible in zoho CRM?
ZohoCRM > Workflow Automation > Execute Based on 'Field Update' missing
We have a number of Workflow rules created in our Accounts to trigger an Action based on a 'Field Update' I recently noticed this is not working as expected and low and behold when checking the setup see that 'Field Update' is not longer appearing in the UI (old and new) and instead the action has defaulted to 'Create or Edit' record. There has been no indication or warning of this functionality change and I can still see that the setting did exist as the documentation has yet to be updated!!!! Please
New Contact - like in Books.
Hello, Is it possible to integrate Accounts & Contacts better, like that in Zoho Books. I deal with both businesses (Accounts) and individuals (Contacts), therefore I need to be able to invoice both Accounts and Contacts. This works very well in Books, where I can select 'Contact Display Name' and choose whether I want the business name (if relevant) or the contact name as that which I refer to. It would great if I could replicate this in CRM so that everything syncs seamlessly. Please advise. Thanks.
Number of records per page in the custome view
Hi! I am customizing the home page. I want to see al the leads matching a certain criteria, for that, i create a new view in Leads module and I add this custom view to the home page. My problem is that I can only see 5 records per page. There any option to change the number of record per page in a custom view placed on the home page? Many thanks
