Apply Automation workflow based on email status from CRM
Is that possible to apply an automation workflow based on the email status sent from CRM? In our case, we'd like to send an email to the internal team if the email status = delivered/opened / click, if that is possible how can i set this up? Thanks.

Modify "Calls" Module
Hello Zoho CRM Support, Is it possible for me to make changes to the "Calls" module? I would like to modify or add a checklist for call results (so they don't have to be typed in every time). I would also like to rename the module to "Phone Calls" instead of "Calls. It seems like I am not able to make any changes to that particular module.
I cannot add a new user
I find your system extremely annoying and the fact that you are not open at the weekend appalling. On my account I have three users - two of them have the wrong email address and consequently they are not using the system You are costing me time and money. I tried to add a user with my domain and it does not let me. All it does is cost me money.
How to filter and export records?
We're looking to tidy up duplicates in Contacts module and would like to export out each contact record that doesn't have an associated Potential and delete them from the CRM. Is there a sane way to do this? We tried de-duplicating in the CRM but that still leaves us with 1000's of records to manually review and merge - so that is a no go! While there are filters in the contacts module that allows us to filter out contacts without any potentials, there is no way to export these!
Function to Update Field
I would like to create a function that calculates age in days from a known field and then populates the information into another field. The formula for calculating the field would be: Abs((Datecomp(${Design Requests.Date Submitted},Now())/1440)) My question is how do I create the function and implement it on a schedule so that it updates those values every night for reporting purposes? Also, only records in a specific stage would need the calculation done.
Giving unique name for excel export files.

I would like to be able to create a process from leads. - when a lead is created, I would like to be advised of the lead creation and in the email be able to know the name of the lead and who created it, I have not bean able to create this on my process. - Is there a way to create a Module that will do all this once the lead is created, we need to advise 2 people that this lead is created and it only lets me do one?

Disabling or removing salutation in Zoho CRM sync with Google
For some reason after I sync my Zoho CRM database with Google contacts, the first name of the Zoho contact is duplicated in the Salutation (Prefix) field in my Google contacts. So, the contacts in Google will look like this "John John Hancock". My question is, is there a way to specifically map the "Salutation" field to the "Salutation (Prefix)" field in Google? When I click on edit sync fields, under Google there is just the field that says name. It does not have a field for "Prefix" or "Salutation".
Emailing invoices and cc
When emailing an invoice or quote you have to hit the c.f. or bcc button if you want to send to more than one person. In the previous iteration before the big great update about a year ago,the c.f. and bcc were always open on the email and even had last contact show up so you only had to enter one letter and the email address popped up. Tracking Actual Revenue of a Campaign
It appears that when adding a contact to a campaign, I cannot modify anything other than the member status. What I want to be able to do is enter how much the person paid to attend the campaign (for example) and then be able see a total revenue of all contacts associated to the specific campaign. Application Password from Google (G Suite) not working on Zoho CRM
Hello, I am trying to sync my G Suite account in Zoho CRM through IMAP. I have followed the instructions in creating an Application Specific password but it it not being accepted into Zoho CRM. I keep getting messages that it is an incorrect password. I don't want to turn off TFA from G Suite. Any help is highly appreciated, have tried multiple times with multiple app generated password.
Potentials and Leads Confusion
Hi, I am setting up Zoho for my business and I imported around 200 different accounts that we are pursuing in as POTENTIALS. Currently, none are set up as leads. My question is whether I should change some of our lower-probability opportunities into leads? Or keep them as potentials? Or, can I take full advantage of the system with all of them entered as potentials and not leads? Thanks.
Zoho CRM to Zoho CRM Migrating Data
I have completed a back up of my previous ZOHO CRM and trying to migrate the data into our new ZOHO CRM. I have copied the customisation from one crm to the other. Is there a way that I can import the original create time and not have it automatically changed to the date the data is imported? It is very frustrating. All Zoho CRM data has gone
I've just logged in to my Zoho CRM account and all my data has disappeared. It looks like the account has been reset as it asked me to add Company Name and Phone details. Is there a time limit on free accounts. All my customer data was in there. Can't get through to Zoho with chat, not a great service.
Can I add Account columns to the Tasks list view?
I have a list view for a set of Tasks. Each Task is associated with an Account. I want to be able to sort the list of tasks by a field on the Account (e.g. an estimated value field, a size of company field, etc.). I can only add columns to the Task view which are on the Task. Unable to confirm user in Zoho CRM
We try to add a new user to zoho crm but every time we send him a (re)invite email, he cannot log in the system, he receives the notification that his account is disabled. Hi We were making a few security updates in our User Groups and wondered if the changes worked as we wanted to. There are several options were it is not so clear what restricting certain values did or did not do, and so we end up running tests using our users accounts. And so I remembered FACEBOOK´s amazing option to "View As..." specific users see your profile. Something like that would be awsome in Zoho CRM. It will make it clear to the Admin when the changes worked as espected instead of wondering

Hello guys, Is it possible to create CRM custom fields when an app is installed through the Creator Marketplace? We have a specific set of custom fields which need to be created whenever we deploy our product. It would make it a lot easier if we can point customers to an app which creates everything we need. Contacts with multiple account owners
Hello, We have some contacts in our Zoho database that more than two contact owners should have access to. We don't want all our users to be able to edit all of our information in Zoho, which is why we set their user accounts to standard, however for contacts specifically, we'd like to allow more than one user to be able to interact (assign activities, due dates, etc) with that contact, regardless if they are the contact owner or not. How do we go about achieving this? Thanks
Can't Add New User
I'm on the demo 15-day trial, but I thought I could add users during this period. If not, I guess this is an easy fix. I'm trying to add one user. After I fill in the info, it will let me hit Save, but then it just sits there with Save greyed out, but Cancel is still an option. Nothing shows up in my Users list. I'm the only one there. Can anyone tell me how to successfully add a user? Thanks.

I am running into an issue where I can not associate a contact with many accounts where their contact will be then added to the account. I can create a secondary lookup field to place in the contact, however it does not auto add their information on the account record. Is this possible?
Custom Formula Fields Do Not Work using Blue Prints
Another problem with ZOHO. If you create a custom formula field, which in my case was age in days, and the user completes the record process through a blue print, which is what you want employees to do, then the formula field does not work.
