Is there a way for the second email ID of the Client/Lead profile to recieve a macro (email send to them) automatically as well?
I think that when I send macro email to recent entries and part of these have two emails listed, just the primary email gets the information. I want that second email to be receiving the correspondence as well. And if possible - to add third email field/box. Thank you!
Action report filter criteria

Rule is not triggered on update of a record via API
Hello, We are using API to update Contact's last login date and number of days after last login fields. We have Rule, which is triggered everytime Contact is updated, there is a condition to create a task for the contact owner if number of days from last login is equal to a number. It used to work, but now it does not work. And rule is not triggered by API update. When I update contact manualy, rule is triggered. So conditions in the rule are correct. Thank you in advance, Ivan
Sending follow up email automatically after sending an email
Hello, As per sales process we send a custom proposal using an html email template to our leads or contacts, sometime this email goes to spam folder, so ideally we want to send a text email saying to check the proposal email that will be sent automatically after sending the proposal email. Hello, In the Lead module, when a user wants to change the Ownership of a lead, the Checkbox 'Send Notification email to the selected Owner" is only available to me (the admin). How can I turn on this features for all users? To be clear, the users can change the ownership, but it's only the notification checkbox that is missing. It is available in the admin mode however. Suddenly permissions denied for user adding an event
I have a user who was trying to add an event to a contact. She was able to open the dialogue box, enter info, but then received an error saying "Insufficient privileges to perform this operation". We have not changed anything in our account, and this user has entered events before without issue. Attached is an image with a screenshot of the error.
Can't get web form autoresponder to work
I have created a simple web form. I've defined an auto responder to send out a reply with an attachment. This autoresponder has only one criteria and that is the email address cannot be empty. I've tested it numerous times but no response gets sent to the submitter or the admin. I've tested the email form independently and it sends just fine. Can't see what I'm doing wrong. CRM Workflow Not Working
I have created a workflow to generate an Instant Action based on creating a new lead with a "lead source" of "From Website" however it does not perform the action. I have attached a screenshot of the rule I created. Is there a setting or option that I'm missing to trigger the workflow?

Leads captured - what next?
I have captured a number of leads from our website. I now want to be able to automate a sequence of emails to follow at certain intervals. Do I need to be on Enterprise level to do this? If so, on Professional' subscription level what's the best way to do this? (and manage the ever changing list). Rebuilding the Web-to-lead forms
I've been having issue with web-to-lead forms for some time now. It appears bots are targeting the forms directly, now and then we will have a surge of junk leads come through, mostly from russian descent , if i check out analytics, we do not have the same surge in web traffic that the forms had. Rule to Create Task EVERY TIME field is updated
We send samples to prospects and customers so I want to create a rule that creates a task to follow-up in 7 days time with every customer or prospect and every time they have a sample (customers can receive multiple samples over time). Can I use a pick list or multiple choice check box and EVERY TIME it is updated the rule is triggered? The options could be 'Sample 1, 'Sample 2', 'Sample 3' etc. Cheers.

When I am in the campaign module, and I use the list, the values are: Planned, Invited, Sent, Received, Opened, Responded, Bounced, Opted Out Help says the Campaign Member Status defaults are: Invited, Attended, Not Attended, etc. However, when I go to edit the existing values via Settings, the values are: Planning, Active, Inactive & Complete. Any changes that I make to the list within settings do not appear within the campaign.contacts.editMemberStatus How can I customize the values for campaign.contacts.EditMemberStatus????

Mass Email from Zoho CRM "From" display
Is there a way to avoid the "From" name in mass emails sent from Zoho CRM showing in the following formats (actual names/domains I have substituted for privacy)?: Received in Outlook: name=domain.com@mailer2.zohocrm.com; on behalf of; First Last <name@domain.com> Received in Gmail: First Last <name@domain> via mailer2.zohocrm.com These changes are a dead giveaway the recipient is part of a mass mailing, even when sending very small batches. Can I instead use our own mail server to send from ZCRM?

Click to call options really need to be improved. Based on my understanding I need to add a 1 in front of every number in our database to get Skype click to call working. I don't really want to do this. Beside it being a hassel to add a 1, if we did do this, numbers will show like this 1234567890 as apposed to this (123) 456-789, not a big deal but still annoying. Two, I don't wanna use Skype. I personally am using Gizmo5 right now and would prefer to stick with them for multiple reasons. I
