Hi, I setup visitor tracking by embedding on the website (http://www.foodbusinessschool.org) the snippet of code provided in the Zoho CRM -> Visits section (which involved activating the Zoho SalesIQ Visitor Tracking add-on). When I go to salesiq I can see realtime visitors there, stats, etc. but when I go on the Zoho CRM -> Visits section it still tells me "Not getting visits?..." and shows the default "how to setup visitor tracking" page. Any idea why this behaviour?
How to include automatic reminders with automatic workflow tasks
Hi All, I know how to automate a workflow task by creating a Rule and then associating a task with that rule. I love that an email is then sent out to notify that a task has been set. However, I also want to be able to have a REMINDER come before the due date of that task, and I dont want to have to manually set a reminder each time. Do you know how to set a reminder within the workflow task so that, in addition to a notification of the task assignment, a reminder will also automatically be sent
'Send Mail' Not Working from 'Activities' tab after switching to IMAP
Hi, After switching to IMAP I cannot sent an email from my Activities tab. An error pops up that says: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined Zoho crm" It appears to work from the lead and contact section in that the email pops up with no error but I have yet to discover if it actually sends. I have been using tasks to document my time and note while making cold calls. I do not enter cold call prospects into the program until I consider them a lead. Is there an easy way to create a Lead from an activity? Or once a Lead has been created copy the relevant tasks to that Lead file?

Preparing migration file from a Salesforce export
I've exported my CSV files from Salesforce, but the dates didn't come across as yyyy-MM-dd, so I went into Documents in Windows, opened up the export folder and then opened up the first exported file in Excel and tried to reformat the date field and then save the file ready for importing into Zoho. But the file will not save as a CSV file with dates in yyyy-MM-dd format. I've tried several work arounds, but none worked. My salesforce records are very standard and under 500 in number. Run Rule: When owner and created by are different
Is it possible to create a rule to send a notification when: Owner isn't = Current User For example I want to send a notification when a case is created for somebody else other than the creator. The only way around this that I can see.... is to setup multiple rules for each user. EG: Case Owner is = X AND Created By isn't = X Case Owner is = Y AND Created By isn't = Y It becomes very awkward when we have lots of users. Thanks for your help

The user has an email address associated to the account. @myaccount,com I create a template and in the From field I select the @myaccount address although I have no idea where this comes from. NOTES: Save hardly ever works
I started using NOTES recently and was surprised to see that after saving my notes and reopening them later, most of the information had not been saved and I had to start over, trying to remember what I had written. I tried it again and again, only to find that most of the time, clicking 'Save' or 'Save and Close' doesn't do anything. No Events and Task Sync in Android App
We use both IOS and Android CRM apps. The new design is great. I mean it! But... the only problem, but very very very frustrating, is that CRM Events and Tasks are not being sync to the android app. It works with no problems in Iphones. Are you guys aware of this problem? Unable to input more than one character in fields under Account section

I am using the free version of CRM with 9 users. About 8 weeks ago I managed to import successfully 250 records from an Excel file. Today I cannot get the import feature to work and there are no error messages. I have tried .xls and .xlsx Both files have less than 1000 rows and are less than 5MB.

Hi. No matter what I do, no matter what I am uploading, regardless of how many rows there actually are, all I ever get when trying to upload new contacts into the CRM system, it tells me that the "File Should Not Contain More Than (x) Rows." Can anyone help? I am trying to upload (maximum) 30 contacts at this time. I have uploaded more and less before, but now something is not working. It could be me that is not working properly and I have overlooked something, but I could do with a bit a help. Thanks.
