email groups
I have just signed up and cannot find anyway of creating groups of email addresses for contacts who I regularly email. In my gmail account, I have one group of 11 I email once a month. Some contacts are in more than one group. I'm in the professional crm trial. How do I set this up in my Zoho mail? I've spent hours trying to figure this simple task out, help! David Jones

It makes sense that a lead or prospect would become an account or customer but I cannot see how to transition the information without re-creating the file. Any answers?
Help getting the landing page URL on webform to work
My website is built in Business Catalyst. I have created a webform to lead and placed it successfully onto a page. It is delivering data into Zoho. The problems is with the landing page URL I have created a page on my website and used that URL But when I test it, I get a browser (firefox and chrome) error saying that the connection is not secure. Lead coming in from Zoho Survey not following lead assignment rule
I just wanted to confirm that a form that is submitted via Zoho Survey "qualifies" to trigger a Lead Assignment rule in the CRM? ...it does not seem to be so....a Survey is submitted with a hidden custom variable that populates the "Company Name" with something like: CHANGE ME I then set up a lead assignment rule that says: if a lead has "CHANGE ME" as company name, assign to UserX. Is it possible to create a DateTime field that has validation?
I.E. We need a DateTime to schedule future events for our staff members. Currently, the DateTime fields are all setup and functioning however, They would like the DateTime to not allow for a day prior to one week in advanced. Is there a way to not allow or to auto update to 1 week from today for the value of the DateTime field? Please, let me know if this is possible.
Customised Send Email Quick Action
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to create a custom link that uses the "Send Email" quick action link but adds multiple addresses. The quick link is basically https://crm.zoho.com/crm/EntReply.do?action=compose&entId=[contactid]&module=Contacts&entEmail=[contact-email-address]. I have tried various ways to add multiple addresses and they have all failed. Probably not possible but thought I would ask anyway. Thanks, Michael

I'm able to email from a contact in Zoho but when a Colleague tried it he was not able to. What do we need to do to get his computer configured properly? He's using Google Chrome as his browser and gmail for the email.

Email ID already exists?
I'm trying to amend the email ID of an existing user, but the CRM says the email ID already exists. I've got barely 3 users in the Zoho organisation, and I know for a fact that the specific email ID under consideration is not being used for Zoho. When we later checked on Zoho - there was no account. It took the user through the registration steps for a free user trial, and went and actually created an account! This is impossible! Please resolve.

Hi there, I am trying to set up the following automation but am experiencing difficulties. We have our Leads fill in a zoho webform, this generate tasks and alerts. One alert is getting the Lead to fill out some further questions before we can turn them to a potential. I need a way to allow Leads to automatically update their own records. I have tried another webform but this just creates duplicate Leads in Zoho, which for the purpose of automation manually de-duplicating is not ideal and time consuming.

Other options to add participants to event?
I have an event that I want to add specific participants to. It would be much easier to select the specific contacts from the contact list and then use an 'add as participant' option if it existed where I cold select the event. The current add participants is very limited or difficult as you either have to search thru numbers contacts (time consuming and not efficient), or you have to attempt to create a contact list in advance (which in this case is also difficult as there isnt any 'matching' info

The formula building interface is very clear that any new formula fields will not be applied to existing records, but is there a way to force it to do so? If not, will there be any issue if we export the existing records to excel, execute the formula in excel and then import with the appropriate field content?
how do i limit email loaded into zoho to ONLY leads customers clients potentials?
I have over 28,250 emails in zoho and none of the emails I trade with customers can be loaded in due to my account being over full. 90% of those emails are not related to any customer, client, potential, account, they were addressed to me or were addressed to someone not in my lead/customer/client base. Hello, I am trialling Zoho for a charity that I do some fundraising for. I am looking to insert a drop down field for some of the fields that I have created. Examples would be Year entered university (drop down of 100 years) or Position held within club (Club Captain, Club Secretary held) Is this available in the free version? From what I could see it is a custom field and I have used all of my custom fields. How can I delete custom fields to add a different one? Thank you for your help Sean

Copy Contact Details To Paste Elsewhere
Good morning from the UK, I am trying to find an easy way of copy and pasting a contacts details. For example I will be visiting a customer and want to copy all of their details including phone numbers and address and paste it into my diary. This then allows me to see the address simply when I am out on the road. I can copy all of it by dragging the mouse across the contact, but it includes all the field names including those fields I have no use for such as 'Other' addresses. Any ideas? Best regards
Changing stages
I am new to Zoho so maybe this is of my own doing...I cannot figure out how to change what stage a potential is in. The way my business is set up, when someone becomes a "potential" they still go through several sales stages before becoming an actual sale. Why can't I edit the stages? Help if you can, thanks!!

Is there any way to completely reset Zoho back to the original configuration at the 1st login? I customized the fields quite a bit and then realized that I shouldn't have & now want to go back to the default settings.
Email Template Merge Fields Not Working
Here's another problem I'm having, this time with the email templates. I set up an automatic email to send when a user changes a field. The email provides the manager with a snapshot of the changed information to make an informed decision. Hello Zoho, I love being in Zoho and not have to go to other email options such as Gmail to email leads. Why don't you have the option to email later at a specified time? It's a great idea and I would love to see it put into place. Thanks.
Not able to clone an invoice today.
I cannot save a cloned invoice as of today. There is no error message, just lack of response from the Zoho page. I tried clearing my browsing history and cookies, and I also tried this on another computer without success. I am able to edit invoices.
Not Happy with Service
Already sent this to the employee from Campaigns Team who was helping us yesterday but... Really not happy. Having spoken to 4 Zoho employees we still dont have a proper fix for our Industry field in CRM. What we have is a work-around that is of no real use to us.
