Setting up the Logic on a Custom View Sort
Hi Guys - I am trying to create a custom view excluding certain states so I pull up everything but what's in the MD, DC, and VA region. Each time I've tried to do this, it hasn't worked. Does anyone have an idea on how to set up the sort logic so I don't have to include every state, but just exclude the MD, DC, and VA states? Thanks.

How to use workflow for this scenario

Zoho with QuoteRoller Any Advantage?
Our company has been doing quotes on a work processing document for some time. We are looking for a better way. I just started using Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM and like both products although I still have a lot to learn. Someone suggested to the president of our company that we use QuoteRoller for quotes and I see there is an integration with Zoho CRM although I see no advantage to using this over the CRMs own quotes system. Easy managing of tasks
I'd like to sort my tasks more easily by draging and dropping them, and can arrange them in the order I want to follow-up on them. Email - Schedule Delivery - Set in the future
As an option, when sending an email from within the CRM. We need a way to schedule the email to go out at a certain time in the future. Similar to outlook or workspace webmail from godaddy. There is a "schedule mass email" option but we need to be able to do this for emails that are sent to individuals.
Customization for the Quick Actions Lists
I love the "Quick Actions" Feature in the different modules. However, to make it the most useful I believe that users should be able to customize which actions are included on the list for each module. For example, there is no Quick Action to "Log A Call" in the Potentials module. Logging calls is one of the most common activities in ZCRM. I set up a pop3 account. Shouldnt I be able to click on an email inside ZohoCRM and send it to that contact? Instead it opens up my gmail client and wants me to send it through there??? How do I link products to campaigns?

List View of Appointments?
I currently use the below format for recording customer visits and our sales person visits - (names are omitted). I've come to the point that we are getting more and more repeat visits, but I would need to keep changing the above information each time an appointment is made in addition to adding the information in a note. I would like to know if there is a better way to have some sort of list format so I can see how many appointments and how often and who attended etc either showing on the account

Canned Email Templates stopped working
My template email responses have stopped working. For example, I have an after sales follow-up email I send all won potentials but when I choose "Send email" from Activities and choose "add Template" the list of templates looks grayed out and only the subject line of the chosen template is populated into the email - no content.

The criteria in the image below is what we have used, but the report is showing incorrect information when you run it. For example, one colleague is seeing tasks for contacts that he is not even the owner for. Multiple products in inventory template using tbody tag
Several people have asked over the years about how to implement the <tbody id="lineItem"> tag in the inventory template so that it will iteratively produce all of the products and services in a Quote template. Reports criteria - advanced filters, can these have a lookup function?
I have created a report that users can run to see all the Contacts at a Company (Account). Is it possible to make the field where they enter the Account name a lookup so the company name will appear when the user starts typing? At the moment you have to type in the exact Account name as text which means results aren't always accurate. Please see attached snapshot to see the area I am talking about for clarification. Thanks.

When I click on the phone icon (skype) to call a contact in zoho it opens up my skype and tries to make a call but disables because it thinks the call is going to another country or the wrong # or something.. Can I make skype calls using zoho? I'm using the lastest skype update. What is a fix?
Deactivate/Delete
If I understand correctly, deactivating a user keeps them in the company's CRM but does not use up a license while deleting them removes them from a company's CRM completely. Is this correct? When a user is deactivated/deleted, what happens to their comments and e-mails associated with leads and accounts? Thanks.
Can't create custom field?
I do not appear to be over my limit for custom fields, but I'm not allowed to create one. Am I doing something wrong? The field looks like it's outlined in blue and I can't click on it to add a field name.
New user - Role picklist not appearing
