Adding existing emails to contacts on CRM
I am still in the 15 day free trial and adding contacts to the CRM. Is there a way to add existing emails from Outlook onto the CRM and attach to the contact? Also, can we move a 'Lead' to 'Contact' without having to enter the details again? Thanks
Cannot delete Roles due to "Role Name Lookup" not working
I created a few roles (for only 2 users) that now I want to delete. However the "role name lookup" box does not give me any options to assign the role/users to. I also want to reassign a user to a lower role I created, but am not given any option to do so. Again the "role name lookup" does not work even though I have created several roles. Thanks!

Good morning, there is a user sending mails from the CRM but the copy of the mail is not saved in the mail. Other users may see on your Mail all emails sent via SOHO.

I don't see any other options for form embed codes for Wordpress. I loaded the displayed code and it does not work. Any help would be appreciated. I upgraded to the Professional version because it said not all were available in the free version but I still don't see any other options.

Multiselect picklist reporting - confused.
Hi, We have a bit of an issue. We have a field which contains multiple values which are potential products. These are stored in a multiselect pick list, for example. > Product A > Product B > Product C > Product D These products are very specific and sometimes a customer is interested in A and B and not C and D. How to share leads?
I'm using a free version of Zoho as I'm testing it out for my company. I have my account as an admin and then I've set up another account in an non-admin role. I'm trying to figure out how I can share leads with this other account. I've follow the data sharing rules here (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/security/data-sharing-rules.html) I can click Setup > User & Permissions but I don't see any option for "Data Sharing Settings " Any help is greatly appreciated!
Can't delete mobile number under User settings
For some reason, we cannot delete the mobile phone number under our User settings. When we delete it and choose Save, it gives a message of "updated successfully", but the mobile number stays in the field. We have tried this on numerous users, and have logged in and out a couple of times. Please advise. Jim 469-444-0180
Zoho and Word Docs
The Documents tab within CRM royally messes up the formatting of Word documents, rending it nearly useless. Please, please make the two work better together. It is causing more problems than it's worth and is a huge waste of time to have to reformat documents simply because I'm trying to share them with my team.

Hi, i have several questions on the possibility to automatically assign tasks: 1.Is it possible to stop Sales Manager from moving the potential from one stage (ex. Qualification) to the next one unless he/she fills in certain fields, that we consider required for this stage? 2. Insufficient Privileges error on using Open in new tab and reports - No access changes made
This just started happening yesterday - there are functions that are giving us a Insufficient Privileges error. 1.) Open via right click open in new tab - will no longer open the contact record it throws an error message. 2.) Export of reports = same screen - Insufficient Privileges. No changes have been made to settings - Chrome is up to date and cleared cache this is still an issue. Any suggestions? Leah Edwards

how can i set up the crm to share records within the groups only? ie. users in group 1 can only see records in group 1? Help! "From" format on emails
I noticed that the "from" line on emails no longer is just the name@website.com... Why is it now read "on behalf of"??? it's also very,very long... It gives the appearance of SPAM in my opinion. Deleting Prices from Price Books
We have a lot of inactive and now obsolete products that are cluttering up our extensive price book. When i try and delete these is saying that they are: Sorry you cannot delete the product As the product is involved in the inventory modules ( Quotes/Sales Order/Purchase Order/Invoice), it cannot be deleted. Surely there is a way to get rid of these.
Why is one user missing fields in the contacts module?
Hi, One of our users isn't able to see certain fields in the contacts module. For example, we have a field called Phone where users need to be able to enter phone numbers and this user is missing that field completely. There are about four other fields that he also cannot see on his screen. Please help as this user will be adding contacts and therefore needs to be able to enter these important details! Thanks.

Hi, I am the owner of the Zoho Business account 'Omoto'. We have our mail hosted on Zoho and I have just configured the CRM. Unfortunately, my co-founder Kushal (kushal@omoto.io) also created another CRM account. Now when I sent Kushal an invite to join Omoto CRM, he gets an email saying he is already registered for CRM. But when he goes to delete that CRM portal, he gets an error that I am the super admin. The problem is that I just finished customising the CRM to suit our business requirement
