E-mail sent by CRM is no longer listed in the Zoho contact ??

Data Backup not consistent
Hi, I needed to export our contact data so that I could dedupe the contacts we had imported from LinkedIn/Outlook etc.. The native dedupe function within Zoho is a little cumbersome to dedupe 5.5K contacts so I wanted to do this in an external application, flatten the contact database in Zoho then reimport a clean set. Change pick list values in free version
Hi, After subscription for the free version of Zoho CRM, trial for the Enterprise version was enable for two weeks.I changed some of the pick list values in Lead source which was great. Enterprise trial is now disabled (of course) and the changed fields are still there, but I cannot edit the pick lists any longer in the free version. Since we ar Dutch speaking, this is very frustrating because all text values in the pick lists are in English. Is there any way to handle this, other than creating a
Frustrated. Trying to import a custom field to all accounts - creates duplicate accounts
I have a custom field that I wish to upload for all of my accounts. I have exported my list of accounts to get the Account ID I then import the CSV with the new custom field column. When the data is imported duplicate accounts are created. I have correctly mapped the fields including the Account name and Account ID so not sure why duplicates are created. Please help, very frustrating.
Customizing Lookup Sort Options
I have a Lookup field that works and links to leads to projects properly. But then you click the magnifying glass to Lookup a project the only three columns headers are Project Name, Modified Date and Project owner. How can I change these? How to find contacts using a field that belongs to accounts?
I want to make a filter for contacts using a field belonging to accounts. But that is not possible in Zoho. For example, I have created in accounts a personalized field called 'Important account' (Y/N). And I want to create a filter (for emailing, for example), that looks for "contacts whose accounts are important". Anyone has an idea or workaround of how to do it?
CRM Reports and Excel permissions
I would like to restrict the ability of users to export data from Zoho to Excel for obvious reasons. I would however like to schedule sending them various reports, but can see no way of defaulting those reports to a format other than excel. Am I missing something, or is this a potential "security" issue? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Configuring the Google Contact/Calendar Add-in for different users
We have a number of users in our Zoho CRM, each with their own Google Calendar, which we need to sync with their user. When I log in as each user, and try to configure the app ( I have the Google Account authentication credentials for each user), then when I try to select a calendar for syncing, it only shows me my own calendars (I'm the Super Administrator and I performed a calendar sync to start things off). Why is this happening, and how can I resolve it? I've got to get this working by Tuesday!!

Is it possible to assign a lead to more than one person?
I would like to assign imported leads to a group of pre-sales engineers who look at imported leads on a first come first served basis - the rep that first calls the lead can choose to "own" it or leave it alone. If they leave it alone, another rep can claim it. So: 1) when I import leads - how do I make sure all users can see all leads and 2) after a user claims a lead, can others see the entry but not be able to modify it - i.e. the entire record is read only. I am having problems seeing my files attached in Zoho Contact & Account. I am attaching through google drive. I see the interface and select my document and hit OK. It says loading, however, I NEVER SEE IT IN ZOHO. Please advise asap

Task past due e
I created a workflow rule to send an email to the task owner when a task is past due. The problem is that the task can only be executed when the task is created/modified/deleted. I need the rule to be executed automatically instead of when the task is edited. See the attached workflow rule screenshot if there is any confusion. Does anybody know how to solve this?

Der Prozess war "sucessfull" aber jetzt habe ich keinen E-Mail-Icon mehr in ZOHO - wie integriere ich das wieder, damit ich auf der Startseite E-Mail als Icon auswählen kann und wenn ich über Umwege an meine E-Mail gelange, erscheint folgendes: Muss ich ggf. noch was an den Einstellungen ändern? I have merged my inbox with my Godaddy email account however NONE of the several settings that Godaddy have provided me work so that I am able to send emails from my Zoho CRM. At the moment I get messages such as: authentication required and cannot connect to server. I have tried every combination of settings- why isn't my outgoing mail merged?

We write custom software and can write multiple things for a single client. If I have an account for 'Client' and they are interested in having 'Application' developed do I set the potential name to 'Client' or 'Application'? Or something else? A combination of the 2? What do others do?

How to insert images?
I would like to insert images i have stored on Zoho documents to my email templates. However, the option is not available, only from desktop or computer. I send emails from multiple computers and would need to be able to access images. I thought the solution would be to store them in Zoho and then add to emails/templates as needed. Where to log meetings?
One of our users made an in-office face-to-face visit with one of his contacts and returned with a good question on how best to log that meeting into the CRM. Under the Quick Actions, we can log a call, event, task, etc., but we can't seem to find anywhere to log a simple meeting.

I'm trying to print out information for 1 account. When I click on the "more actions" menu and select "print preview" it shows the account information on a scrolling page. When I print, it only shows what is visible along with the scroll bar. Doesn't print the entire contact card. Am I missing something here? I can't use a scroll bar on a piece of paper.

Hello, We use the Zoho CRM Potential module to track jobs, and it's a very important part of what we do for tracking. For some reason, the Stage called "Generator - Appt Set" shows up twice. A second time, it appears an additional space is added. Mass Emailing: Tracking Sent To
Two problems: 1) Your mass email function does not track who emails are sent to (it tracks total sent by day but not a list of who its sent to). 2) In the Mass Email Leads tab where you select the recipients, (i.e. I selected "My Leads") the list is not sorted the same way as if I go to Leads > My Leads Instead, you have to search each record to document who was sent to so that I don't send a duplicate OR leave anyone out.
