Searching accent marks
Hi, this is just a suggestion we think could be useful for no-english users. Spanish speakers have accent marks in our vocals and when we search, for example "Raul", with zoho search enginye it won't match with "Raúl". Google does this kind of match but zoho crm search engine doesn't. It could be possible?? Thanks!

Why no Feeds or Tags in ZOHO CRM Contacts versus Zoho Contacts
Both feeds and tagging is available in the free version of Zoho Contacts. Why this is not offered for Contacts in ZOHO CRM. This will be very useful when you operate from Android Phones.

Google Contacts Sync
Hello, I set up the Contacts Synch with Google Apps. Select bi-direction sync. Two question: I blank some value (es telephone number or email) from Zoho CRM, but in Google contacts I still keep the previous value. How to get Lead names to appear in some reports
I'm trying to pull a view or report of all open activities/events, but on the Activity view the Lead name does not appear. If I pull the Acitivities report , only Contact names appear. I've tried to customize all to no avail....any ideas?

forecasts changed
Hello, My administrator has accidentally changed the forecast from Monthly to quarterly and with that action deleted the forecasts in the system. CRM Zoho Mail Add On Users
How do I enable, disable Mail Add On Users now? Also, when I go into the Setup, Mail Add On Users, it simply shows my name. No selections to control the subscription, etc. There used to be an area in setup where you could select which users had access to certain features. Now there is not. This CRM/ email feature is poorly integrated. Email is a vital part of CRM.
Make exact copy of a zoho installation
Here is the scenario: I have one Zoho installation which I want to duplicate, including attached files, messages, basically - all of it. At the moment, all accounts in their respective 'countries' running in one CRM. I spent some considerable time to 'fine-tune' the current installation. Duplicate results in Reports
In some of our reports within our CRM it shows duplicate entries which makes things confusing. It is an "Account and Contact" report where the Account Name is the main thing we report on. When we generate the report it shows me say 10 total accounts for this month, but often times 3 of the 10 are the same account. Not sure why this is??????? Please help!

Overwrite Leads creating duplicates
I wanted to test the overwrite function when importing leads in to Zoho CRM. I first imported all my 500 leads, and everything was created as it should be. I then went on to "Import Leads" again, and selected the spreadsheet again, believing that as nothing had changed, it will say that no records created or updated. However, even though I have selected "Overwrite", it creates another set of 500 records. It is exactly the same spreadsheet, so it shouldn't be doing this. Any ideas on why this is happening?
How to move data/contacts from "Potentials" to "Accounts"?
Hi, I want to convert my contacts from Leads to Potentials, and then move from Potentials to Accounts. First question: When converting from Leads to Potentials, if I just want to convert my contact to Potentials, is the one more new record in "Contacts" mandatory? Can I just move data from Leads to Potentials? I don't want to create unnecessary records in the sections I don't intend to. Hi, My problem is that we have a number of people who export a reports weekly in Zoho CRM and use Microsoft Excel to clean up the report say for example some of the fields that have free form text. What I was wondering is if there is anyway to have a link in Excel so that instead of having to clean up the same records every week is there a way to automate the clean information back from excel into zoho crm?
Inventory template 32000 characters

How do you modify the module layout on the home page?
No email settings link???!!!
In Zoho CRM, trying to link email and pop.... in video tutorial it explains "the first thing you need to do is click on "settings" and click on "email settings". However no such "email settings" link shows anywhere. I know it is supposed to be under Personal Settings.... but it is not there. What am I missing? I can send emails directly from a Contact or Lead (via my Gmail), but if they respond it just goes to my Gmail inbox, and any thread is not documented or linked in Zoho CRM. Help?
Outlook Email from Acitivity
Hello, currently when we click on a contact's email it will open outlook. but if we click on the same email from an activity/task it will open the Zoho email. Is it possible to change this so it always goes through outlook? Thanks!

HI guys, I have two questions I have created 2 extra modules but want to associate module 1 with module 2 exactly the same as the way contacts stick to accounts....is this possible??? My second question is I would like to make a rule if field 1 is updated then field 2 also needs to be updated or else the record cannot be saved, is this possible??

We are looking for a way to see all the emails associated with an account. Ideally there are times when we want to attach an email at the account level not at the contact or potential, but I guess being able to view them all would be a good work around. Thoughts?
Can not select saved email templates
Hello, I just created an email, saved it as a template, it does appear in my Template folder in email. I go to my Leads screen and select people I want to mail, select several, click Send Mail, the Select Email Template screen appears, but nothing appears in the drop down list. How do I get Zoho to use the templates I've created?
seeing received emails
Hi, I've imported leaded into zoho from wufoo, using a CSV file. If I send an email to a lead,using the ( Godaddy) email account that is linked to my account, I can see the email in their record in the 'emails' section. However, if they send me an email, I cannot see that. I can only see what I sent. Is there a way to see received emails as well. Many Thanks for any answers.

Hello, I'm implementing Zoho CRM for a company that calls people as part of marketing campaigns. Our workflow is as follows: We have companies that we want to contact and we have a database of multiple people working there that we want to contact. We want to keep track of our activities with each person individually. Right now, we've tried using a company as a lead, but Zoho CRM regards a lead as a person. How would I best implement our workflow in Zoho CRM without going "against" the design philosophy
Address autofill from Potentials to Quote
I can not find any work around that maps the address information from a potential to a quote or quote to a sales order. It seems I have to enter the information each time one of these is created from the other. Am I missing something, or is this really how the system works? Seems to me that leaves a lot of room for data entry error. That would be three separate times I would have to enter the information for one customer. Can I not create a quote from a potential?
Zoho Calendar mismatch with Zoho Feeds
Every time I create a calendar event on my Zoho CRM calendar, the event shows up in Feeds an hour before the time that it was set up on the calendar. The calendar and Activities show the correct time but Feeds is always an hour before. I tried the same thing with an all day event and it appeared 1 day before the event in Feeds. What is going on?
