Student Leads View
Hi Is there a way to have the leads view such that I can see to whom I have sent an email instead of having to click into each individual every time For example when new leads come in I try to send them a specific template within 24 hours - so each day I have to try figure out who the last person i had sent this email to is and then tick the new leads and send them a mail. It creates a lot of work scrolling through the list and clicking into profiles Hope that makes sense - thanks.!

How do I know my emails were sent successfully?
How do I know if my emails have made it to the intended recipient? What if I had a typo and did not know it? I just tried to send an email to someone who I know their address no longer works and I it said it was sent but I know it could not have been.

lead alerts
We have an automated rule that when a lead is created our salesperson gets an automatic email alerting them that a new lead has been created. We want to include some of the information associated with that new lead in the alerting email, but cant figure out how to do this. Right now the salesperson just gets an email saying" new lead in Zoho". We would like to at least have the name of the lead included in the alert. How can we do this?

Hi Our account manager at Zoho is inaccessible most of the time. One of my team members has been struggling to get information from him for the past 10 days or so. His response time is a minimum of 24 hours via email He is never available on his desk although he has shared a desk number Towards the end of our subscription, last month, we wanted to upgrade two accounts and continue same level subscription for other accounts. Hi How can I get a webform to add a contact to some sort of campaign? (not sure of the zoho terminology yet) So a contact fills in a webform, they then get an email each day for 5 days. I have created the form already and it seems to work as far as adding a contact! Regards Chris
Basic Monthly Lead Reporting
Hello, I want to create what seems like a simple report: How many leads did we receive in X month? This is easy enough if the leads are not converted to potentials. Once a lead moves to a potential file, I lose the lead created date. I can easily pull a lead report by date and a potential report by date but the potentials could have been created by a lead we got yesterday or a lead that came in 2 years ago. How can I create a report that shows, for example, in "April 2015 we received X leads"

I want to export all emails in the system, scrub them to validate and then reimport / update back into CRM. Is there a defined process?

Details section disappearing
We are seeing multiple instances of the DETAILS section disappearing, in ours and our clients' Zoho CRMs. It seems to be maily where there are some Activities associated with the Record. It just displays the words "undefined" and "Loading..." where the Details and related lists should appear. Clearly the link has been lost somehow between the Main record and the associated Details section. Email Privacy Issue that Zoho does not seem to understand or acknowledge.
You can control which fields a Zoho user can see based on their profile / organisation. So you can allow different departments in an organisation to see only the data that they should see. I would like to have privacy settings so that departments (in a company) cannot see the emails sent by other departments to the clients. i.e. I do not want customer helpline advisors to see emails sent to the client by the legal department. i.e. i do not want junior staff to see emails sent to clients by senior
Skype gives me the wrong country code!
When I click on the telephone button to dial out of the CRM, Skype comes up but assumes the wrong area code. When I dial California from Arizona, 310 LA area code is dialed as a 31 (Netherlands) country code. 1) How do I set Skype or the CRM to automatically dial out to US numbers? 99% of my calls are to US numbers. I see that I can dial the US number if I add the US country code 1 to the number just before I click to dial. 2) Can I set the telephone field to include the country code 1 by default?
Can I create a report or view which compares two fields?
I want a view of accounts where one date field comes before another date field. As far as I can see there doesn't seem to be any way to do this and the only options are to compare fields with fixed values. Is there any way to achieve this? It doesn't have to be via views or reports if there's another way to do it.
Want to show who was last responsible for "Potential Last Activity Time"
I want to list all Potentials by their Last Activity and by who carried out that Activity. The "Potential Last Activity Time" I am using in a report works fine - I can list Potentials in order of most recent activities, including Notes being added. However, I also want to see who was the last person to carry out that Activity or Note addition. There doesn't seem to be a "Potential Last Activity By" which includes people who added Notes to a Potential. "Potential Modified By" and "Activity Created

I notice that if I include a colleague on an email as well as a client alongside the BCC function, you add my colleagues into ZOHO CRM as a new lead/contact. Can you allow the user to configure the BCC to exclude certain email domains when adding new contacts? Thanks

Trying to Import Overwrite Contacts - it's duplicating them
I am trying to add a Nickname field (that I failed to map in a Migration) to existing Contacts. I ordered a backup, took the Contacts1.csv, removed unnecessary columns, added the Nickname column so that it looks like this: Contact ID Last Name Nickname zcrm_1321927000000238739 Rosenbaum Rich zcrm_1321927000000262920 Kahlbaugh Rick I then tried to Import it from the Contacts Page (not via Migrate), using Import/Overwrite, and mapping the Last Name column. The result is always 2 new Contacts - it doesn't
