In my contact list i have few contact the i want to group together , i.e by family this means that i have the family name as a group contact and underused that i have each family member , thank you
NOTES TO KEEP INFO
We are a Business to customer tax service which means that we prepare the customers report once a year. The question is, in order to work right and efficiently, we are documenting all our contact with the customer in the notes module. We found out that the notes in the Contact module and the Potential module do not synchronize and I don't understand why? What is the right module to use in order to capture the customers info? If there are existing notes in both modules (contact a and potentials)

Hola, En tareas, generé un campo personalizado con el formato fecha-hora, para que el vendedor registre la hora exacta en la que inicia la actividad y la hora en que la termina, pero una vez que el vendedor está haciendo el registro de la tarea, solo permite registrar la hora en intervalos de 30 minutos, ¿cómo puedo personalizar el campo para que me permita el registro de horas y minutos exactos, ejemplo 15:12? o en su defecto ¿qué formato de campo personalizado debo utilizar?
Show birthdays on calendar?
I have added a few contacts and added birthdays. I have also added ZohoCRM to my calendar. I have other items showing up on the calendar from the CRM but I do not see birthdays. Is there a way to get birthdays to show up? I'd hate to have to add them to the contact then have to add them to the calendar. Seems counter-intuitive. Thank you!
Case notes by time
Hi, I am trying to set up a system on the CRM so that I can add a time element to a task e.g 20 mins phone call, 5 minutes email etc etc. I have tried a custom field date and time and it only gives me 30 minute slots. is there a way of recording every minute and then capturing a running total of time spent on a case ? cheers

images missing in templates
Hello Support, As of recently I am not able to print my logo into my invoice template anymore. I am still using the same template as I always did, which has been working all this time. Are you able to help me fix this? Please also see uploaded screen shots of the template itself as well as the preview of the template when using it to print an invoice.
Branding mail sent out with company name versus personal name.
Sending emails to people - would like the name of my company e.g. ABC Company to show up in their incoming box versus my personal name. It is a better identifier to them as to who is contacting them. How do we add/modify this in our account. They know ABC Company but they don't know Joe Somebody who works there. Example: Emails have been set up as joe@abccompany.com When they arrive at their destination ... it shows the incoming mail as Joe Somebody - joe@abccompany.com I would like their incoming
Attaching a document to an Account
I created my account a few days account and then imported into my accounts page. I then went into docs and created a folder called proposals. I uploaded a pdf to this folder. When I go in to Account > Attachments > Zoho Docs and attach the document to the account, nothing happens. I tried refreshing the screen and adding it multiple times but the document never shows up under attachments. I have tried this with several accounts and I cannot get one to stick to an account. Activation Link Expired response from CRM
I have a new user shown as Active, however the user could not complete the initial login from the link. They show a Activation Link Expired response from Zoho CRM. I have deactivated and reactivated with no new emails arriving for the user. I am hoping someone else has had this instance and can guide me. Thanks.

when I create several activities for a candidate, and after that convert candidate for this account, the system changes the date and schedule of activity closing, losing control over the finished activities. Can verify this error?
unable to attach file from desktop to Case
steps followed: 1. Click Desktop under the Attachments section of Case module. 2. Choose File. 3. Click Attach button. After step 3, the Attach File window grays out and nothing happens. No file is uploaded.

i'm using the enterprise trial version and haven't found a single instance of where I can set a reminder. I've created and various tasks and have gone into edit, neither way has a reminder option. What am i doing wrong?
Invoicing
I have created an invoice, but when I clicked on 'Save' it didn't. I cannot find that invoice anywhere. Certainly is not attached to the contact in which I created it. Help please.
Problem with invoicing
I had successfully created 2 invoices to other contacts. But when I created the 3rd to the next client and then clicked 'save' , it didn't. It does not seem to have attached to the contact. Once I closed the invoice screen I cannot find that invoice anywhere. Have recreated the invoice 3 times. Have shut down the system and tried again. Still no joy. Help please! Ann

Can you create a chart in Zoho CRM where the vertical axis is anything BUT record count? Trying to create a chart with vertical axis is another data set / column that we have set in a report.

Can we place the webforms on our site but use our CSS with the form. This way it matches the site and those forms are really generic looking which I understand as they should be with so many users having them. If so can you let me know what is the correct way to apply this to the form. Thanks
How do I match the Lead Source in Contacts with the Lead Source that I've customized in settings?
Hi there. So In settings I customized the Lead Source, however I need to have the same sources available to me in Contacts. For example, when you create a new contact you can pick Lead source - but the drop down menu is not the customized one that I created in settings. How can I match them? Thank you.

Hello First, why my professional subscription does not include Workflow Field Updates ? After, i need to manage rules with workflow every time a lead open or click message send by a (zoho) campaign. I want to send a message to the record owner to inform him of lead interest. Actualy in my environment, the field "tracking" collect the status after each zoho campaign. But they are the history of the 5 last campaigns. I want to send message only if the last result for the last campaign is "opened"
If i only have 3 subscription levels I am selling to customers, how do I use potentials?
I don't understand how potentials work for a saas business like ours. I don't want to have an open text field that i have to type a new potential name in every time I am working through a deal when I only have 3 subscription levels I am selling to all customers. Can someone help me understand how to configure potentials for this type of scenario? I guess this question is relevant outside of the context of subscription too - what are some examples of how other companies are using the "potential name"
Email Template Macros
Hello, I am having issues using my email templates. I do not recall when this feature broke, but it has been awhile. I send multiple email templates to leads; the average is less than 25 per day, usually one email per lead per day, When I attempt to send the same template to multiple leads, utilizing Macros or the built in multiple email option under the more options button" Zoho reports that the email went when using the multiple email option and run Macro reports that the Macro set has run including
(2) Products, (2) Vendors, (1) Sales Order. Generating a PDF to respective Vendors from (1) Sales Order...
This issue is that when you have (1) Sales Order with (2) Products from (2) Vendors, there is no way to generate a PDF Template that would allow you to send a PDF Order to Vendor A and Vendor B. HOWEVER... I believe that with a tool that has already been developed, there is an easy fix to this problem. The Tool On the Vendor and Product Pages, there is a 'Tool' located in the upper right hand side of the page that allows you to 'Generate PO for the Products below the 'Reorder Level'. See Image Below...
Add appointment details to a Zoho webforms
Is there anyone who is experienced in Zoho webforms? We need to add some fields linked to appointment details to a Zoho web-to-lead form. These fields are not available in lead module. We would like to push the appointment details information (requested day and daypart) to notes section. Any advice for alternative solutions is appreciated!

Adding New Parts Into System - Dont show up in quote selection immediately
After adding new parts to the product list, when you go to select them in the quote they do not appear. It takes up to 5-10 minutes. Very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't make pop up reminder work
I am using the free version. When I schedule a new task I only get an option for an email reminder......but not an option for a pop up reminder (which is what I want). Does anyone know if this is a fault or if this feature is disabled in the free version.
