Leads access to partners + sales
Hi I cannot seem to find the answer to my question anywhere... I have created a partner users for my partners who bring me leads....and i want my partners to have access to their own leads/contacts and also be able to view what my sales team is doing... Example: Partner has brought 50 leads and i will assign the leads among 4 sales people.... (the partner should see the comments/modifications to all 50 leads) - Sales should see their own assigned leads and nothing more... I would like for the partner
Is there a way to only view overdue leads per location?
I wanted to categorize overdue leads per location, is this possible?

Working fine when Admin launched, and he can fully manage imported data. But, when I log in with my own user profile (Standard profile) I can’t access the imported leads. Please could you help? User Role
Hi all, I have set up 2 users, myself being one of them with no issue and both under one User Role. I am now trying to add a User but the field for User role will neither let me type into the box nor click the user tree. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to fix the problem? sort activities by due date
Hello, I have a small problem which is making me mad! After sorting my activities by due date and leaving the page, the sorting is lost when I return tne page. That means that I have to resort my activities every time I return to the page! I don t know what went wrong, because in the past it has always worked well... Please help me out with that! CONTACT FROM ONE COMPANY TO ANOTHER
When I move a contact from one account to another, the contact keeps the address and the phone number of the old account. Please could it be implemented so that we don't have'to manually change the address and telephone number. Thanks much Daryl
Setup problem
Hi, I have created new custom field 'Address'. It works ok for leads, contacts and accounts but .... it doesn't show in invoices Quotes and Invoices!!! How can I map these fields to make them visible in quotes and invoices?? Kasia

Account record details
As of yesterday, when I log on and go to accounts, I get my account list with selected view. When I click on the record, the account details page has completely changed. It used to provide me with the entire details of the account and now I can only chose from a very select drop down window. What has changed? Is this a CRM software change or is it something an admin might have done?
To activate a new user
When I add a new user, normaly he receives an invitation in his mailboxo to join Zoho . In my case, it doesn' work. No mail in his inbox mail and not in his spambox. Do you have an idea. Thank you for your help.

Does anyone know how to populate with Zoho CRM and a Word Document populate? How do I populate a word document from Microsoft word and integrade a specific Customer's infomation from the ZOHO CRM? Company Logo Size Limit
Is there any way I can increase the company logo size limit to something greater than 20kb? It is incredibly limiting and discourages the use of many core functions of Zoho CRM, including estimating and invoicing. Thank you for your help.
? Leads - Is there an easy way to store "archived" leads.
We all know that timing sometimes is very off. How do you store leads that might have an opportunity creaping up, but don't have one yet. Say for instance they say they are principally interested, but have to take a rain check to august. I would not like for it to clog up my Leads list as I don't have a "best by date" - nor a "Try again" field there... Nor do I really like to convert it to an opportunity, as it's still very much an unqualified idea.

Hi When I create a new Opportunity since specific campaign, the opportunity don't associate with this campaign. Then, I can't see the results Opportunity by campaign I think it is possible to relate campaigns with opportunities, because the goal of the action is to generate sales leads. Can you automatically create an opportunity when a prospect / contact clicks a mail sent from ZOHO CAMPAIGNS or complete a linked to ZOHO CRM on a website form? Thanks Juan

Hi, I really like the add comment function in cases, where I get a stamp on the user and the time. I have experimented the formula field to create a similar field for leads, but haven't succeeded. Is there a set formula I can use for this or another way to get this function in leads? thanks, F

I need help setting up our territories on Zoho
Hi! We have a simple hierarchy. The territory managers report to the CEO. Each territory has 1 AE who reports into them. Right now, I want the CEO to be able to see what the territory managers (and their AE's) activities are in Zoho. I want the Territory managers to be able to see their AE's activities and also be able to roll up their opportunities based on territory. Lastly, I want to be able to assign the Leads, Accounts, and Campaigns by territories. How do I do all of this? Thanks! Denise
New to Zoho CRM and confused about webforms & workflow automation
Hi, I'm confused about the steps required to collect leads from a webform to be assigned to different record owners for their attention. I have set up a webform to collect leads from an advertisement. To create the form I have completed sections for: lead assignment rule notifications to owner and visitor* request for approval Do I still have to create an auto response rule for the appropriate email to be sent when a record is generated by the webform? Hi. I set up a customer field as a Number. The number automatically formats itself with a comma as the value grows. Can I change this format so that there is no comma seperation i.e. not 1,000 - I would like to see 1000. Thanks

Updating scheduled calls log
I'm missing something or How can I update the call duration and status to "concluded" of a Schaduled Call?? After the call time schedule is overdue the call is hidded in callendar view and it is moved to closes activities on contact or lead view. It is a bug or I'm missing something?? No calculation made (field always empty) despite the fact that probability / stages have been mapped and populated. 2.
