Unable to Cancel to edit Data Backup and Backup Logic Bug in Zoho
(1) I'd configured Zoho CRM , database backup for once a month. I can't change it, there is no edit / cancel schedule buttons around (see attached screenshots), now sure why I can't do it anymore. I used to be able to edit it. (2) And I figured that I configured the date wrongly and wanted to change it because Zoho has a bug. - Previusly, I set to 31st of each month. But there is a logic bug in Zoho - On Months that do not have 31 days (e.g. Sept), it will be generated on the 1st of the next month.(Oct)
Contact with two email addresses
How do I maintain a contact record when a contact utilizes two different email addresses? Currently I have two contact records for him. This creates confusion when attempting to locate information as to which record it is attached to. What can I do to combine these reords and reference both email addresses? Add potential directly to a contact or lead in mobile crm - standard edition
HI I noticed that in Standard edition, once a call is logged, I am unable to add potential to the lead. I have to come out of the call module and then go to the potential. This is not the right way. I noticed in professional edition you can just do it right below the lead. Pl clarify
Google mail integration
Can someone please help me. I am just about ready to quit using Zoho because I cannot get my users google emails to integrate with Zoho. I appear to be the only person whose emails are integrated and I can see what others have written/received from contacts but the other users in my company can't. Help please.
Main Account owner has left organisation and Account details need to be changed to replacement employee
We have a situation where the staff member that set up our Zoho Account has left the organisation. I am trying to change the user settings to reflect the details of the new employee taking their place. I can change the username and various other details but not the email address. Can anyone advise how to do this please. Ideally I want the entire account left as it is, only changing the username, user contact details and email address.

Auto-populate field on Zoho CRM
Actually I am facing a problem in Zoho CRM. I have a lookup on Lead form named as 'Introducer' (Contact) and have two more single-line text fields 'Introducer account' and 'Introducer Email'. I just need that whenever a user selects Introducer through lookup I want to auto-populate Contact's/Introducer's Account name and Email Id on 'Introducer account' and 'Introducer Email'. I tried to do using Workflows but didnt get lucky enough to find the solution. Please help me with this.
Trying to embed a flyer to an email template
I am trying to embed a flyer that I created on Smore into an email template. I use the html editor just fine and it shows up in the preview. When I save the template and try to send or go back to edit, the html code is gone and my template is blank. Any ideas?

Disabling Scheduled Email Reports on a free Zoho CRM Account
Hello, I used to be on a paid plan with ZOHO CRM and scheduled two reports to be sent via email to be daily. I then downgraded to the free plan. However, I am trying to disable the two reports being emailed but that functionality does not see to be available to me in the free Zoho CRM version. Please help. Nish

Annoying "cannot connect to messaging server" message and can't submit ticket
In the last few days I've started to get the message above. I didn't opt in to this service and don't want it. I'm the database owner and can't find any way to get rid of this message, which covers the set up tab. In addition I've just tried to create a ticket for this and Zoho gives me a message "no such user" even though I'm logged in the CRM. This is poor and very frustrating.

Hi, today I found out that zoho crm and campaigns do not synch both ways. And the other problem is that if the customer does click on "update profile" it changes in zohocampaigns but does not update in ZohoCRM besides showing the update form in english instead of Spanish and you cannot personalize it. Then, what I was thinking is the following. If I use the registration form from ZohoCRM is there any way to build an update form against zohocrm? is it programmable? can I ask for it to any Spanish

Using Campaigns
I'm participating in several NetWork After Work meetings in my city. They meet once a month, and sometimes I see the same people there, but usually it's a whole new crowd. I'd like to keep track of the people I meet at these events, and which date. Would I create a different "campaign" for each event on each date, or is there a way to make one campaign repeated on multiple dates? Or maybe there's just a better way to track this. Any ideas? Hello, I have been a zoho customer for around 4 years. The CRM interface for leads has never been updated. It has the same limitations and the same bugs. There is no way to reach a human being that I can find. No Chat, No email. Are you ever going to improve what you offer or should I find a new product? URL FIELD IN REPORTS

changing lead status and stage
If i want to run a report for a lead or potential that was in a specific stage or lead status and that that staus/stage has recently changed can reports adapt to this? Eg if the stage at some place or other was 'sold' and now that stage is 'closed lost' is there a report that shows all leads sold today/this week/this month as part of a report?

Anyone else frustrated by the inability to move values up and down in a Custom Pick List? Anyone else frustrated by the lack of an "empty/null/void" value in a Custom Pick List? I did a Mass Update and selected a value from a Custom Pick List. Then I wanted to edit some of those records and have the Custom Pick List show as empty. Customer Service told me I could delete the value from the setup/customization. But then if I want to add the value back in the custom pick list -- I can't move it up

Problems with Zoho CRM and Zoho Writer Mail Merge
There has been a recent update to Zoho Writer, since this update the following issues occur:- 1 Existing Word Template documents greater than 1 page imported into Zoho CRM can not be edited with Zoho Writer and return an error. 2 Where a 1 page document is merged using Zoho Writer, it is no longer possible to edit the document after the merge. 3 Where a 1 page document is merged using Zoho Writer, it is no longer possible to export the document to Microsoft Word.
