Rule is not triggered on record update by other rule
Hello, I have rule which is triggered in Quotes and updates field in Potencial. Then I have rule which is triggered in Potencial and Updates field in Custom Lookup Field SalesOrders. Second rule is not triggered by first rule. But when I make update directly in Potential, second rule works as expected. How to solve this problem? I do not want to write a deluge script each time for such an easy task. Thanks in advance, Ivan

Been doing some testing using the quoting aspect to see if it useful If you have a TAX associated with a product and add it, the sub total is the base plus tax. So on the line item you have the tax. The you add multiple ones with the TAX and all total up. How to have a custom field updated based on current time/date every time I look at the record?
We populate our Lead Records from a form filled out by potential clients. One of the fields is Birthday and I created a Custom Field in zoho crm to be Age and I made it calculated off Birthday using the formula Datecomp(Now(),${Leads.Birthday})/1440/365 It works beautifully but only when the lead is created. The only way that field appears to be updated is if I update the Birthday field. How can I make it so every time I look at the record, it calculates the Age based on the current datetime?

Mass Transfer Leads needs some improvements
Not sure what went wrong, but after importing about 8,000 leads I realized that about 3,000 of them were assigned to me instead of the proper sales person. No problem I thought, I can simply use the Mass Transfer Leads function on the Leads list page. But that doesn't work so well. Three suggestions: 1) Add an option to select ALL leads that match the search criteria. Right now I can only pick one page at a time, which is taking forever. 2) After searching it should tell me how many matching records
user's password
I'm using free edition to try the usage of zoho crm before i buy it, but i've got a problem here... I was succesfully add a user but how did I know the password for the user?? I've try to reset the password too, but there was no e-mail sent to the user's e-mail account (I've check the user's e-mail account myself). The process always stucks at the 5th bar (see my attached pic) What should I do?? Help...

Is there a way to make notes be a wide as the other areas?
I wanted to see if there was a setting of edit to be done that would make the notes section be as wide as the rest of the modules on the screen. It seems like an inefficient use of screen real estate if the notes sections is only 1/3 of the screen wide.
Date selector
Any chance of having a quickly, less clicking and thinking about dates etc. I like the type of format as used by Toodledoo; So 'Quick dates' can be 'today' 'tomorrow', the following few days, 1 week, 1 month etc etc. All selected by 1 click. New Changes Effected Search Facility?
Hi has anyone noticed that when searching, the results are not as accurate. i just searched just now for an email address and it could not find it but only found it when i searched for the part AFTER the @ sign. I find this a bit of an issue as there are some accounts that i just cannot find. i have emailed support in the last two days but they seem to think the new changes have made it better and faster. i think that it's opposite and i do not trust the search results. opportunity dashboard level
Hi I'm trying to create a pipeline view of the various levels of opportunities. However, it only shows the first 3 levels. I want to add the "closed won" deals in there as well but I can't get it to show up. I've set the settings of the level to "open" and "pipeline" so it should be displayed. Help is needed! Thanks :)
Question re downgrading from Professional to Free edition
Our company has used Zoho for 3+ years to keep track of all CRM. We have hundreds of accounts with notes on work we have done that i would like to keep in case of an inquiry from a client. If i downgrade from Professional to the Free Edition, would i still have all my notes attached to the accounts or would i lose this information? Any info on what you would lose from downgrading to the free edition would be beneficial. Thank you

Notes disappeared
Suddenly the "Notes" sections have disappeared across all my modules. Very frustrating as all my updates are done through Notes so now I have no record of last activities. Can the field and all data be restored?

When I apply an attachment to an email the page goes away and ZOHO flicks to PULSE for no reason. So I cant send emails with attachments.

Admin user has left company and new admin cant stop reports scheduler.
Hi, Our admin user has move on to another company, we have a new super admin, and deleted the old admins account, but he is still getting emails sent to him. After looking at our exchange server all the old staff (who's mailboxes have not been deleted) are still getting loads of emails from Zoho even if they have been deleted as a user or made inactive. we also cant find where to check who else is getting email from CRM and we need to check if the old admin put in his personal email in as he is now
Help, the Chat window in Zoho CRM keeps popping up and it is getting annoying
So I reached out to Zoho Support the other day with an issue...now every time that I open a new Zoho window, the chat box randomly is popping up again and again getting in the way of real work that I'm doing and generally just being annoying. How do I make it stop!?!?
Duplicate Sales Order
Looking at the other forums, I'm guessing this isn't possible, but I was wondering what it would take to add the ability to duplicate an existing sales order for an existing account. We sell a lot of the same products to the same accounts on a regular basis. Right now it appears that we will have to reenter all of the product/pricing info every time we want to create a new SO (even if everything but the date and the SO# are the only variables that change. Am I just missing where this option is?

We have successfully setup Zoho CRM account. But when we tried to create a web to lead from from our account we were not able to use advance tools options (File upload & Captcha) in our web from. Also we didn't see any option for iframe (kindly check attached screenshot) Kindly confirm are we missing any thing as part of initial setup or these feature not available in free version (3 users)? Issues with Zoho CRM and Outlook 2010 filing emails in Junk
Has anyone else experienced the issue of emailing from Zoho and having Outlook 2010 (only) file in the Junk folder? This has driven our sales staff nuts and support is saying there is nothing that they can (will?) do. Other applications (including competitors) can do this function successfully. Is there any way to REASSOCIATE mails ALREADY SENT using the BCC feature? Of course, I don't want to send the email to the customer again but the feature only seems to work off the recipients address and does not SEARCH the email body etc.
Template emails sent to my own email not received
I always send emails to myself to test my templates before I send them out. I used to get them every time but have not today after several tries. I am creating a template in the CRM and trying to send it out both individually and in mass through checking the mail merge boxes for myself. The email that go to other addresses other than my own do send? The one addressed to my email domain do not reach my mailbox even though it previews and states that it was send in the account record. Please advise.
