Hello! I'm trying to get the CRM Sales Orders records (using the CRM API) from Creator, but one of the fields is always empty. Creating a lookup function on same screen
Hi i am trying to create a text box field (dummy if can do that) which reads through my client records by Incremental string search , example user key input "C" so it goes to the first Client with name beginning "Clark" hopefully creating a list begining with "C" i know this can be done with a lookup but needs to be on the same page and also a drop down list but the client has some 2000 records and would prefer to type clark and get list of all clarks rather then move to Clark on a very large drop

(I have renamed Cases to Profiles. Hi there, I have a need to capture the current logged in user who triggered a webhook, and send that id in the webhook. I tried capturing the "last modified by" but it gives me id I can't use. My workflow is like this: userA owns a contact. userB causes a webhook to trigger on that contact. it calls an external script that i use to manipulate the API. EMERGENCY BUG: Zoho just completely broke the API integration (again)
We have a couple of independent CRM accounts, and the API integration is completely broken as of around 12:00 GMT. Note that one of these integrations has worked fine for over two years (except for other occasions where Zoho pushed code to production without warning that suddenly broke something). This time, when attempting to generate a ticket, I get this error: # #Thu May 19 08:13:08 PDT 2011 CAUSE=Maximum Concurrent User Tickets Limit Exceeded RESULT=FALSE There is no mention of this error anywhere
