How to Add 2nd Domain Using STANDARD Email Hosting?
My client wants to set up 2 domains for email hosting. He purchased STANDARD Email Hosting--which allows you to have multiple domains. My client already owns both domain names--through register.com. I've setup 1 domain name for my client: lizbockelman.com However, every time I try to set up a 2nd domain name, graphocity.com, I get the message that "domain already exists". RIGHT, my client already owns that domain name. QUESTION: How do I add a 2nd domain name where we already own that domain name?

I was initial successful in setting up emails on my users mobile not until recent their password will not go in. I advised them to delete their account on their phone and try to set it up again. But now the account will not set up using exchange server and imap as well. All it give is "unable to set up account, Authentication Failed. Please help me. Cheers Olu

Hi Zoho Team! I tried to sign up with my phone number to enable mailhosting (my domain is senoridea.com), but in the phone verification step I never get any code, so i tried by using another cellphone number, but I get the message "Server error occurred. Please try after sometime". Please help me, I cant use use another zoho account because it keeps saying "This domain is already associated with this account" Thanks.

Please unblock my account. info@bcoabc.com What does the error message "mail exceeds size limit" mean? That is the reason that shows up. I tried to unblock from admin screen under troubleshoot but it gives an error message upon each attempt. We are only using about 25% of our storage for this account. What is the problem? Hello, Yesterday I created an account with you guys using the Google sign-in page. I created everything, I have setup the domain and such. After that, I went into https://accounts.zoho.com > profile > email addresses and changed the gmail account with the one that I created right now so I can disconnect Google and remain only with the Zoho account. Hi, I suddenly started getting lots (200+ per day) backscatter emails, which started about 3 days ago and are continuing. I immediately changed my password and then checked in my sent items. At the time that the backscatter started I can see about 6 emails in my sent items which are typical spam and do not originate from me. I presume that this means that my account was hacked. However, why does the amount of backscatter I am getting so greatly exceed the number of emails in the sent folder? And

I'm using Zoho web mail client in the Chrome browser. Today all my Sent messages just disappeared. How can that happen? There four messages in my Sent folder now. What's going on? There are no filters enabled. Also , when I'm doing search I can't find sent messages that surely must be there. Hey, Zoho, what did you do with my data? I still need many of those emails.
