Mail delivery not working
Team, We have our domain registered with Godaddy, our hosting setup at Smarterasp and mail server in Zoho. We have provided custom MX records in Godaddy which points to Zoho for our mail delivery. We are in the process of launching our website and want to change Godaddy namservers with Smarterasp nameserver. When we change that mails are not reaching Zoho. Should we provide MX entries in Smarterasp DNS which points to zoho in order for our mail to work. Is there a way we can get our website and mail

Some of the emails sent from my domain are being classified as SPAM!
Some of the messages sent from the domain promarkets.com.ar are being classified directly as SPAM, or the recipient is being warned as possible SPAM. SPAM Moving from Spam Folder to Inbox auto mark sender as safe
Hi, I use and IMAP cliend (Outlook and iphone) to connect to my zoho mail. I frequently get messages that are not spam in my spam folder. Since that can't be fixed my idea is to at least auto mark the sender as safe when I move the message from the spam folder to the inbox. Thank you, -David

Unable to delete task in group calendar
I am unable to delete a task in a group calendar. I click delete (and am a moderator) and i get the confirmation box for deletion, I click OK, and the task still stays there. Also on the desktop for that group, there is an error where the calendar should display saying there's a null pointer exception. We're running the newest versions. Thanks

Mail accepting incorrect password!
Today was the second time that when logging into Zoho mail, I entered the wrong password and it still let me in. The first time, I was on auto-pilot and told myself that perhaps I had entered the right one after all. Today, however, I know for certain it was the wrong password for this account. This is a little disconcerting! Has anyone else experienced this before? What can be done to ensure my account is safe from hackers? Or literally ANYONE having a punt at the password and getting in! Endless stupid loop when trying to access zoho mail
I was always typing mail.zoho.com to access my emails and it was opening my mailbox right away. Now i login and it redirects me to some stupid dashboard and not to my mailbox. The only link to zoho mail there is in the upper left corner menu. When I click zoho mail there it just opens a new login page in a new tab and then another login brings me back to this useless dashboard... This is insanely stupid. Please help!

Hi all, So i set up zoho and the MX records up yesterday, and sent a test email, I never received any mailer deamon or errors, but no email was delivered into my inbox. Configured my account as guided but unfortunately getting a problem that I'm not receiving mail here, When I tries to sent mail from another ID (For example abc@gmail.com so that gmail ID get bounce mail info) Let me know where I'm incorrect and what I have to correct. I have the Zoho One suite & I'm trying to setup multiple email addresses for my company, I also have my personal addresses with aliases but can't figure out multiple general addresses for any user access, I know it looks more like a CRM setup but it requires an email address first to authenticate its ownership.
