Can't Sign up for a Personal Account

IMAP is enabled and all server side is well configured, but none email clients are able to connect to zoho
I've setup 2 email accounts under the same domain. all have the same setup and password. But there is one that doesn't work in any email client. i'm able to send and receive on zoho web based client but tried windows mail, thunderbird and it doesn't work. Do you know what can be?

When I set up 1&1 CNAME, then I can't add or edit MX change.
I have a site hosted on 1&1 and am trying to set up an account, but when I enter the domain name jurugo.com I am requested to create a subdomain in order to set up a CNAME. Once I verified the the domain I added users, and then came to the part where I have to edit the MX exchange. The only problem is that I can't. I get the following message at step 5. See image below. 1. I made the subdomain as requested. 2. It's hosted on 1&1. 3. I'm stuck HELP!!!!!!

POP3 Dont delete email after downloading it on outlook

Unable to Receive Emails - Saying SMTP Error
I'm unable to receive emails yet can send them. I've checked the external MX Website and all is how says it should be but when go on to control panel its saying domain not pointing to my zoho address I tried emailling myself from another account and it bounces straight back saying problem with SMTP Server has rejected address ( Code:553 Relaying disallowed ) Can you help?

Hello I added spf record for my domail klimazon.com and https://mxtoolbox.com/ returns correct record v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all BUT: at control panel https://mail.zoho.eu/cpanel/index.do#domains still а yellow mark AND letters are sent WITHOUT digital sirnature.
