Hello, I am having an issue with batch moving of multiple emails. I select several, go to "move" button on top and select a folder. My understanding it they should move at this point, but nothing happens. Is there a button that completes the action or what am I missing? thank, Denis

Thunderbird to access Zoho mail gets connection timeout
As of yesterday, I could not use my Thunderbird to access my Zoho mail. It states connection to server time out. The setup has been working since I have Zoho email for two years. Any advices on how to solve this are greatly appreciated.
Unable to paste any screenshot into my email
Hi, I am experience an issue whereby i am uanble to paste ny kind of screenshot into the email that I am composing, i had tried Snipping tools, Print screen, as well as pasting the image to Microsoft word before pasting to the email, however none of the method works. Can you advise? Thank you
DNS is not my website host. Stuck!
My domain name is registered with Namesilo, but my hosting is with iPage. So in the NameSilo DNS Manager, I have iPage set as the NameServers. When I go into Namesilo to change the MX records, it tells me I cannot make any DNS changes unless I change the NameServers to the NameSilo defaults. If I did that, I assume my domain name would not get forwarded to my host iPage, and my website will thus disappear (?). Is there some work-around to this ? Or will I never be able to use my domain name in my

Hello, I cannot seem to add the domain erinhare.com to my account. I get the error "The data you have entered already exists" but nowhere is this domain listed as a secondary email account. Can you please help me sort this out? Thanks! Erin

Hello, i recently installed zoho as my mail server for my domain selesolutions.com i can send emails without an issue, but i dont receive the emails back, i checked my mx records and they seem to be ok can you help me out?

What to do when trying to login with Zoho mail: "Account is disable" is always returned? The password seems to be validated. The domain is validated. And checking the control panel the mail account is up. Its just that custom mail accounts automatically gets disabled. Why? Anyone have experienced this?

I'm trying to send an email to another company but was returned with invalid address error. Upon checking I found that the IP address mentioned in the below error have blacklisted by several anti-spam sites and softwares. Email Groups Not Working
Hi, I've just created a new account using my domain. I can receive emails from loca domain users and external domain (gmail, yahoo etc) users but I am not able to receive email on group addresses. I've tried both from local domain users and external email account. Group Access Level is set to Everyone so anyone on Internet can send emails to the groups. Any clue why group email addresses aren't working?

Hi, Every time I am about to send an email I get this message and I am unable to send an email. Then I have to unblock the mail account as an admin and then send the email. I also observed that somehow I am getting lots of mailer@deamon as a failure notification mails for unable to send mails to the recipients that I have not even sent. I think there are some spam email going from my account every other day in a bulk and that block my account. Please help!

Hi, I started to use Zoho with my clientes, but last week we had some troubles with our mail. People did send a lot of emails confirming their assistance to one of our events, but we had some problems with some mails. Our clients claim they send us mail that never reach our Inbox, even thought they did send mail before with out any problem. Why would this be happening?

I've got a problem with my email from my phone. It's a Nokia Lumia 635 running Win 8.1 (9.1.14219.341 to be precise). I am unable to deliver mail to my client through POP. Each attempt to reply to their message results in a mailer-daemon@mail.zoho.com error stating that my message was flagged as spam. I've tried editing the message, removing any images and links, removing "SEO" from the content (which happens to be my business, SEO Agency) and still no luck. I CAN deliver the message across my Zoho Mail app on my phone, but that isn't really a solution. Is there any way to remedy this issue? My IP and my domain
Sending from Gmail Account Causes Duplicate
Hello, I have my Zoho mail account setup as an account that I can send from in my Gmail interface. When doing this, I use the Zoho SMTP server. When I compose a message in Gmail with a Bcc recipient, a duplicate email is created in the Zoho sent "folder". Hi Support team, I am getting below error message when I try to migrate emails from gmail to zoho mail services for one of our email account (reception@dalogix.com). Unable to set up account on my mobile
I was initial successful in setting up emails on my users mobile not until recent their password will not go in. I advised them to delete their account on their phone and try to set it up again. Please unblock my account. info@bcoabc.com What does the error message "mail exceeds size limit" mean? That is the reason that shows up. I tried to unblock from admin screen under troubleshoot but it gives an error message upon each attempt. We are only using about 25% of our storage for this account. What is the problem?
