POP account error
I am reposting this topic since I attached a wrong image previously. I just configured a POP account (also zoho mail). But in the POP account inbox it is showing a sent mail and the sent mail folder is showing empty. The POP account is a new one and I do not have any mails in the inbox, while I have sent one test mail to another ID. This is now reversed. Hi Zoho team, I am very frustrated. 2 messages vie Contact Us, one question in the forum (which doesn't show up any where, just disappeared) The TXT record value was created and forwarded to my DNS provider (Portfoliobox) but the verification failed. Trying to figure out if my emails are working
I have recently verified the DKIM and SPF on my zoho emails, which is supposed to allow it to work while connected to my phone. However when I send a email from my phone to one of my friends, it does not send and I sent it over 20 minutes ago. I have all correct SMTP & IMAP server codes and ports on my phone as I was instructed by the Zoho support team on how to do that.

Seems whenever I want to send an email, 80% of the time the emails go through successfully. 20% of the time i receive automatic response Message not delivered There was a problem delivering your message to api@***.com See the technical details below. I am a new user of the zoho e-mail service, I made some initial settings for testing, and I accidentally deleted two email accounts to re-register with the correct settings. However, when you try to re-create the accounts a message is displayed, informed that the email id already exists.
I wonder if it is possible to release the email id of accounts that it deletes.
No need to retrieve any other information, just like to use the same email id that was deleted.

Mail Blocked due to outofspace
Hi sir, I am using zoho for a while for now. now one of my senior's mail id is blocked due to space( she used her free space of 5gb upto 102 % now). No incoming and outgoing emails We have deleting older messages more than 200of it for creating space. but it's still blocked and shows 102% of 5gb. We can't delete some of the recent emails because it contains important docs. Exporting emails also failed because download file mail is not getting. Please help me with this. this is kinda urgent

What is my email IP - need for AOL whitelist
Seems for some reason my email from my Zoho account has been banned by AOL. No idea why we don't spam and it's all legit emails to customers. Nevertheless, we are working to get it sorted with AOL. They need to know our mail server Ip(s). How do I find such information? Thanks in advance.

I Can't attach files and download it at the same time.. Says it has a virus. I tried to attach it using gmail or yahoo, It went just fine. I even tried to attach a file that I was able to attach 2 days ago now it says it has a virus. The whole team is experiencing this right now.
