How to reset password when locked out of account
Hello Zoho, I need to reset my password for my admin account after being locked out. Using the "password reset" does not work because i cant access the account (explain how thats supposed to work). I reset my password per your request because of the resent security breach, was able to login, and now can't. Please respond. This is my 5th message trying to contact support. Deleting additional mail user accounts
Hello! Hello! My issue is different that what your team responded too. Currently, when logged into my Super Admin account (charisse@prettycommitteelashco.com) in the Inbox. Underneath the 5 icons on the left toolbar I see three @ symbols denoting 3 additional mail accounts. Please see photo. I go into my Control Panel> Mail Accounts, and see a total of 4 accounts listed. I want to remove the last 3 as I did not create them, and I don't know how they got there. There are also no clear instructions

Dear I got an e-mail saying this: "This mailbox has exceeded its maximum allowed quota." But I've only send a couple of mails today! Can you please let me know what the maximum allowed quota are? Maximum amount of outgoing e-mails? Maximum apount of recipients? Maximum amount of MB? It's a shame that Zoho says it has e-mail services for free, but then you can only send a couple of e-mail per day... This is not good for businesses. Best regards Tine
Forwarding mail problems
hello, I'm trying to find the easiest solution to my forwarding problem. I was using user accounts (paypal@mydomain.com) set to forward the emails to my gmail (mydomain@gmail.com). They were forwarding fine, and deleting fine off Zoho so my Zoho account wasn't being flooded with all the purchase notifications. Then I started looking at upgrading to a paid account as I need multiple domains. However, I have to pay for every user, even when the user is just an email address for my paypal emails.

We are not a marketing company but a fanclub, so we don't require campaigns etc. We are simply trying to send out a notice of an Annual General Meeting for all our members (146 people) with a small document attachment of an agenda. Hi, I tried getting help for this over chat but didn't get any solutions. When I'm sending an email from Zoho CRM to a Google account the email is being received as an Unauthenticated Email with a Description as "Gmail couldn't verify that mystore.com actually sent this message and not a spammer" as well as a large red "?" as my icon. Outlook 2016 EAS
I appreciate that ZOHO supports EAS for Mobile Devices (on iOS) and that you also support POP/IMAP for Outlook, however, if using Outlook 2016, I would prefer to use the EAS, especially as you already support it on mobile devices. I have set up my outlook as both IMAP and EAS to see which works and I've noticed that my SUB FOLDERS do not sync with EAS. Inbox and Sent items work well, but sub folders don't. Is this a simple setting issue or something else?
