Message IMAP blocked due to excessive usage
Hi, For the last month I have been getting the follow message with great frequency: "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage. Kindly try after some time." I use Outlook 356. I have also seen that it has been taking a very long time to sync one of my inboxes. I have seen some other posts where it is suggested that this message comes either when your have more than 10GB of mail or that you are send too much email.

Can not create CRM task from Zoho Mail
I integrated Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM. When I receive one email from a Lead and try to create a task directly from the email app I get an error message saying "Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly.¨ As you can see in the attached picture the mandatory field is not empty. Please advice.

I have a problem with my Zoho mail account, Here I can able to send mails from my account but I cant able to receive any. i have tried sending emails to the Zoho account from my Gmail account but it showing "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:" message from google with the following error Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain intracotrading.com by intracotrading.com. When a web hosting moves to another place, must it be re-verified with Zoho?

Cant register new after expired verification code
Hi, I registered new mail account with my customers domainname. I give the phone number and password. Then my customer got a sms but gave it the next day. Now the domain is blocked, no way to enter anymore. I asked support but only got 1 email this week with "not working" support. Then I phone to their support telephone and I cant even select the menu what I want.... WTF? Is there something still working here at Zoho? If someone at Zoho could just help me out, maybe reset the domain or let me in...

We moved to Zoho and gmail a few months ago. Most of my users still use gmail exclusively. How can we recreate all the same folder structure in zoho email as in gmail? Hi, We are unable to receive any mails that are sent from Gmail or domains hosted on Google App / Google server. The mail goes through, but it is never delivered into our Zoho mail inbox. I have tried sending mails from two different gmail accounts and one account hosted on Google App, and the mail was sent. However, the mail was never received on Zoho mail. Mails can be sent to Gmail or Google App accounts using Zoho mail. But mails sent from Gmail or Google App account goes out, but is never delivered
Emails going as unauthenticated after updating display profile pic.
We have updated our display pic in zoho mail to show the users our logo right next to the email. Since then all the emails we send are going as unauthenticated. There is a question mark instead of our logo in the sender email address. Any help is appreciated.

Can't add .com domain, getting error about free domain.

Question mark next to email address when receive email sent from Zoho custom domain on personal gmail account
I've noticed on gmail that most emails have the first letter of the senders email address when they are received. However, emails received from my zoho custom domain which I paid Zoho a fee to create and use have a big question mark next to them. Some reading on the web suggests the issue may be related to encryption but I'm pretty unclear of the cause and how to cure it. I don't know if emails I send from the Zoho custom domain to others are appearing with a question mark but I don't want that
