I replied to notify of this issue on https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/issue-in-incoming-mail but thought I would submit a new post for it. We are getting some incoming mail being bounced back to senders with the following: Action: failed Status: 5.2.3 Diagnostic-Code: smtp;554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes Our MX records appear to be fine, and the problem seems to occur only from some emails such as @hotmail.com. Zoho App & mobile site on Iphone not Receiving emails
I have three accounts. 1 set up with the domain ad the MX records which is working just fine. I have a gmail and a yahoo account set up through pop and for some reason zoho is only fetching email when I log in through the desktop. Once the desktop app syncs, then the iphone app catches up. Almost as if the mobile app has to communicate through the desktop app. Doesn't seem right. I can send just fine through the cell (iphone 6). Just not receiving as I should. i have my own domain for Zoho Mail. I also have a gmail account which is set to forward Gmail to my Zoho Mail account. I also have a stock Android email app, set up with IMAP, to catch any mail while on the move. I have two infuriating problems: 1) Occasionally, emails sent to my Gmail account sometimes fail to arrive in my Zoho inbox. 2) When I try to open an email received on my Android, it disappears from the device, sometimes before I've read it.... it also disappears from Zoho Mail on my desktop

Hi Every morning when I log in I go through my emails and print out as necessary then I would like to tidy my in box and put the emails in the correct folder. Hii, It takes very long time to receive a file from another mail ID. I have checked many times, by sending files ( less than 0.5 MB) to my personal and zohomail ID. it is taking more than 2 hrs just to receive it on zohomail ID. Hi, i´ve configured my Zoho mail account to use it with Gmail and when i try to send an email i get this error: Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the relay smtp.zoho.com by smtp.zoho.com . [165.254.168.48]. The error that the other server returned was: 535 Authentication Failed (SMTP AUTH failed with the remote server) What can i do to solve it? Thank you.
