Automatic assigning email
Hello all In my former job I had used SugarCRM. And when I sent an email with the following email address in cc : crm@companyname.com. I would like to do the same with zoho CRM. When i send an email to a customer or lead, that prensent in the CRM database, if I write crm@pycogroup.com in CC, it will be join to the proper account. Thank you for your help Jeff

Email Signature - Spacing
Hi, I have created an email signature, however, when I send an email the formatting gets reconfigured and spaces get added between all the lines of my signature. When I go to edit the signature there are no spaces between the lines but something happens when I send an email and it inserts additional spacing - changing the look/formatting of the signature. PHP Postfix Zoho SMTP mail rejection
I've just upgraded my Zoho account today and I'm unable to use Zoho to send mail from my website. I'm using my php script via my website to send mail and Postfix on my VPS server (That's attempting to send via Zoho) (I've several domains on my server and I've configured some of them with Zoho) to send mail via Zoho's SMTP settings. Receiving this error: lost connection with smtp.zoho.com [Then my IP] while receiving the initial server greeting. Can anyone help me?

Cannot receive email after changing domain registrar
I've recently move my domain registrar from Godaddy to Name.com and now am unable to receive emails in Zoho Mail. I've updated MX records to point to Zoho as per Zoho's instructions, and can sent mail, but cannot receive. Also, the instructions for linking Zoho Mail to a domain registered with Name.com are out of date. Any ideas?

Hi, All mail ids of my domain www.gacchami.com has been blocked and am not getting why? And how to unblock it, kindly suggest. I spent some time cleaning up my mail on the zoho server deleting some and archiving others. Now when I go back into my mail on my MacBook Pro I can't see many of the emails that were not deleted or archived even though I can see them in the in box on the zoho server. How can I restore the inbox in my computer?

I have successfully set my zoho account to forward to my yahoo account. I sent a test email to my zoho from a third account, and the test email was successfully forwarded to yahoo. Emails not recieved from certain senders - completely lost, no bounce
Hi, Since last week, I have had a major issue whereby I am not receiving emails from certain people. I know of at least 2 people who I have spoken to on the phone as I didn't receive emails I was expecting. There could be more, but sadly I have no way of knowing. Delay in forwarding mail to another email address
Hi there, I'm noticing severe email delays in my emails and they are inconsistent. Sometimes they range from 5mins to 1hr. I've noticed it on 2 of my emails that use the zoho client. I really like what zoho provides but if I can't find a solution for this I may have to switch to another email client. Can you please help and suggest a solution? Thank you.

iOS 9 and Share Feature
I recently switched to an iPhone 5s under iOS 9.2.1 and I noticed that when I'm in apps (for example, Photos) and I try to share content, Zoho Mail is not listed as an app that I can share through. Is there some development that Zoho can do on the iOS app to make it possible to share content?

Contacts and Calendat in Outlook Client
I am new to Zoho. I am in the process of migrating from an exchange server to zoho. Small org, only 5 mailboxes. I just added my zoho domain account to Outlook using the IMAP option... But I do not see any Calendar or Contacts associated with that account. Does anyone know why? I need contacts and Calendars to sync with Outlook and mobile devices. Chris

Reset my admin password
I created an email account and attached a domain, and set up maybe 2 other email accounts about 2 years ago... heh... and never used the accounts. Now I am bringing the project back to life, but forgot my zoho login passwords... and I cannot tell whether the admin external email is getting the password reset emails. Is there another way I can retrieve this password? Thanks!
