It seems they have removed the previous way you change your display name as I am unable to find anything saying: "Mail settings >> send mail as" under settings - as explained below (in another and older thread). Migrating from Google Apps to Zoho Mail
Hello - My domain is now removed from Google Apps (Hosted on GoDaddy), and i've added the MX Records onto my GoDaddy Domain Settings page, I am able to send but not receive emails? My domain is www.rookonline.co.uk Can anyone assist me at all? My domain is verified as per instructions and the MX Records are present and configured on my DNS Settings page. Thanks in advance.

Problem with Verifying
Hello, I have just recently setup an account on Zoho Mail and it would seem I cannot verify my domain.... mcdracing.com.au I have setup my domain manager as per the CNAME method instructions and have now waited about 6 hours, checking every hour or so. I have also tried the TXT method, however, on my domain manager it is called SPF (txt) not sure that is the same thing. Anyway, do I continue to wait??

Can't add new user, send it to invitation list
Every time I want to add a new user in Zoho mail like ( info@hardandsoft.com.py ) automatically it send it to invitation list and appears in pending status.
Slow Email
It is taking up to 30 minutes at times to have Zoho bring in email. Something has changed in the last 30 days and it is not on our side. We have 18 people using Zoho email and today it took over an hour to get new emails. My employees are having to use their iphones to send and receive emails because Zoho is taking TOOO long. Hi, I am migrating my older emails from a Gmail address to Zoho. I plan to use POP3. I would like to the following. 1. Move them to a folder other than inbox on arrival. 2. Receive them unread. Is it possible to have them assigned a folder on arrival and be unread? Also the migration docs says following. Email not receiving in Outlook 2013
Hi I can end emails via my Outlook 2013 application but cannot receive any emails, this was working fine and only stopped working sometime in the last few days. I can receive them on my mobile phone / tablet and via your web app but not in Outlook 2013 on my laptop. Email Login Issue after changing web host
Dear concerned, I have recently changed my web host. After changing the host, my email worked properly for a week but now it is unable to login and showing password error. Attachment Viewer is No Longer Working
I receive emails with images daily. About 4 or 5 days ago, new images were no longer being added to the Attachment Viewer and I have 8 images stuck in the attachment viewer that I cannot delete and have never been removed even though those email messages have long been deleted. 2 Factor Authentication Not Logging in correctly
I'm using 2 factor authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator on my mailbox. However, I've noticed a bug which seems to fail to log in when I enter the code. Zoho Mail Broken when using Safari
I had to login again today and I can no longer do it in Safari. The page seems to be on an automatic refresh that is so quick that I do not have time to enter my email address and password before it refreshes...
Can't click attachment button
