My sent emails are not shown in the email tab..
I've been sending many emails every day. I select the EMAIL tab to review what I have sent and to whom, in one place, presumably, but there are no emails in that history/folder. Why? That was sort of the whole point of sending emails from Zoho...

My hosting provider is Godaddy, From my web site's registration page (www.bizimbakici.com) i need to send activation link to user's email. Activation link sent to spam/junk folder for gmail accounts but email not sending to hotmail at all. I think i need to change PTR records for Zoho. Can you help me for that please.

How do I create filter to separate out these emails?
Hi, I would like to separately file following two emails using filter to separate folders. I am not sure how to filter them in Zoho. They both are sent from same sender to my email. There is one difference that the top email contains a link. Gmail could separate them out by matching the content for specific words (link in this case). System Wide Email issue after Jan 9th? Can send but can't receive like many, many others...
I am not the first and I won't be the last but something happened on ZoHo's side of the house. Emails on many accounts just stopped receiving messages. This is not normal and considering everything in many cases was fine prior to this issue and now they are not is wrong. Like others I can send but if you send an email from another account if comes up with a delivery error and you will not receive the message. paypal spoof blocked
I am being phished by phony paypal email. Trying to forward it to spoof@paypal but a big red banner pops up refusing to allow me to send the spoof to paypal. This the most ABSURD thing I have ever heard of. Zoho can locate a problem from the html phishing bank when I SEND it but cannot prevent or warn before I RECEIVE it.

Cannot receive email after changing hosting
Hello Sir, I had changed my hosting package from godaddy to ewebgru. The domain name is still in godaddy itself. After that I am not able to recieve emails in my Zoho account from gmail. Receiving verification codes without a request
I am receiving phone verification codes via SMS for logging into Zoho Mail even when I haven't requested one. I removed all the backup phone numbers but still receiving verification codes like once in every 4-6 minutes (account: admin@sssdriving.com.au)

Unable to attach files from OneDrive
Hi, As I've discovered, it is not possible to attach a file from OneDrive if the file has a SPACE in the name. For example file called "file1.pdf" will attach fine but a file called "file 1.pdf" will give an error and will not attach to the email. Attaching from Google Drive seems fine. This issue seems to apply to OneDrive only. Can this be fixed please?
Problem with recently-purchased Zoho domain
Hello! I purchased a domain from Zoho yesterday (bethconley.com) and published my website around 1:30AM. My website didn't work (nothing showed up when I typed in the address), so I looked on your forum and I saw something that said it would take a few hours for the domain to work properly. So I tried typing it in again this morning, and now I'm getting a page that says "This webpage has a redirect loop". I'm not sure what that error means, how do I fix it? Thanks!
Account is inactive? - Urgent Help needed
Hi, My admin account for ottic******elli.it returns "Account is inactive" when I try to log in to Zoho Mail. I also tried resetting the password but I also get the same notification. I can access other accounts under the same domain, but this one is locked. Could someone please tell me what's the problem and how to activate the account as soon as possible? Thanks

Hi, We have recently seen a dramatic increase in the number of our sent emails to candidates and clients being blocked. The error messages are indicating that the Zoho IP address is blacklisted. This is the first time we;ve seen this so not sure if this is a common problem, or if we should try and alter the emails addresses sitting in the background of Z Recruit? Where to log in
Why is there no direct link to login at your main page? I find it incredibly hard to figure out how on Earth I get to my e-mail page. Make it more user friendly or I'm out of here. I like the e-mail service and have used it for years, but the log in issue is ridiculous. This time I had to go to the forum before I found a login section. Hi Guys, I have a problem - any outgoing calendar invitations in outlook getting a 553 relaying disallowed error. I have two accounts defined in outlook and one of them is in zoho mail and the other is an old account, not sure where it is hosted. Any time I try to send out an invitation it fails and says 553 relaying disallowed to <old account>. Even if I change the sender it still says that. When sending regular email - I have no problem sending through the new or old accounts. does not matter.

New User - Cant verify
I created a new email thru our host (Doteasy), however this email is not receiving any mail because my email service is already pointing to ZOHO. So when I created a NEW USER for ZOHO; I have to authenticate & verify the email account first, by clicking the link in the Zoho on-boarding email. Mail loading very slow
Hi, I am finding that, when I click on a folder, mail is very slow to load. I am using the web interface in Chrome both on my laptop and desktop and finding the same behaviour. I have emptied all emails from my inbox so it is empty and that didn't help. Is this to do with mnaintenance and can you tell me when it might be back to normal service?
