Ive been trying to sync my zoho email account to my blackberry....i get thru the whole process and when i click done it tells me my login info has been changed or is incorrect...which is not the case!!!! can anyone shed some light on this pleaseeeee
Mail sent from Zoho to Gmail not received for an hour
I had asked a friend of mine who is also hosting mails on Zoho server to send me a mail on my Gmail ID, I received it after an hour of sending. Similarly I have sent a mail from my email hosted on Zoho (gvalani.net) at 4:02 PM and I have not received it till 4:17 PM. Is your mail server having problems Please help Sunil Gvalani

I can't send an email to a specific email address (gmail account). I get an error message "Sorry, we are unable to process your request." But emailing to other addresses work fine.
Email Routing - Dual Delivery (Zoho/Gmail) not working?
Within the last 24-48 hours the dual-delivery stopped working that we had setup for Zoho & Gmail. Is there a known issue? It's been working pretty much flawlessly since we set it up. We monitor our emails through the gmail app and noticed no emails came in the last 24 hours which is why we suspect there is an issue. When we logged in via mail.zoho.com we saw all of the emails that for some reason weren't making it to Gmail anymore. Thanks for your help

inbox folder gone at new version

Mail Account Blocked Max Exceeded
Account blocked now for 3 days. I have sent 3 emails to support with not a single reply. My mail account remains blocked but I have already paid to add an extra 5gb but can not unblock the account ... I do not understand why. Need to to find an email host that will deliver
The email delays lately have really screwed up my business. I use the webmail, so it's not the IMAP issue, it's the delay in delivery. I've had emails take 12+ hours to be delivered to me. A test email I sent 2 hours ago still hasn't been delivered. This is causing an issue getting estimates to my clients in a timely manner, and I've lost two potential clients because of this. Mail.app on El Capitan having problems connecting to Zoho Mail
Mail.app gets stuck while trying to download new mail. I can see the mail via the web interface but cannot receive. I gave an IMAP account. Any known bugs with El Capitan? Going crazy.....help would be appreciated.

group emails showing in inbox
Hello! I've setup a group so that everyone in our shop can see emails going to our 'hello@...co.uk' email address, and setup the group so that all our employees can send from the hello email address. Lost all emails received since Nov 11, 2015
I just accessed my Zoho account and discovered that all my email messages received since November 11, 2015 are gone. This is not the first time I have lost information in a Zoho product. In the past i have experienced issues losing credentials in Zoho Vault. As much as i like Zoho products, if my emails cannot be recovered I'm completely abandoning Zoho and moving exclusively to Gmail. Did anyone else lose emails?

I have created a mail merge doc but if I click on multiple contacts to send it to it does not send. It says it sends but I do not receive the email and it is not in my spam folder.
