I just lost hundreds of my contacts when I was trying to add a new Group List
Help, Zoho! I created new group. Then, all of my contacts appeared in that Group. When I tried to delete contacts from that group, it deleted those contacts from my Contact list. How do I undelete all of those contacts! Please help! Debra Smith
Contacts search not working
On the Zoho website the search function in contacts is no longer working. If I enter a name in the search box and hit return I see popups with 'Searching' and 'Loading', but no results are displayed. I know the contact is in the database. I can see it if I scroll through. I definitely selected 'Search all contacts'. I have tried all the options - 'Search all fields', 'Name' 'Email' etc. This happens with several different conatcts. Any idea what is wrong?
Delays in Sending/Receivng Email
Looks like we are starting to see delays again. This is affecting both IMAP and Zoho Mail web UI. Just started noticing it now in NY at around 10:00. The delay is not very significant - about 15 minutes or so, but wanted to post in case it cascades. Anyone else having problems?

Have Zoho been dishonest in communications of the recent IMAP Critical Failures
We, like any other of the Zoho IMAP users with mail stored on the same server have been victims of the recent disaster that started on 30th Nov and continue persist today 4th December. (An outage of over 5 days and still not ended) In this thread I seek feedback from users to clarify if Zoho have been dishonest and deceptive in their communications, (even though there seemed a very brief glimmer of transparancy in one post - https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/update-on-imap-issues )

Office experiences mail-client problems
Good afternoon, The office experiences problems with their mail-clients. The employees inboxes are rebuilding or keep syncing. Because I don't work there I can't really seem to find the problem. Internet (browsing) works fine and there are no incorrect settings to be found on the settings panel for each of the users. Delay in outgoing emails now?
There now seems to be a delay in outgoing emails. Sent test emails to a gmail account as well as an account though Microsoft exchange, and neither has been received. Please look into it. Mail won't send or recieve
I set up my mail a while ago in preparation one of the email worked then. I made an second email which did not work. I reset up the records with godaddy and the test emails then worked. Now it has suddenly stopped again.... Never changed anything simply logged out thinking it was fixed logged back in to start using and it is not working....

Mail Outgoing blocked
Hi, One of my accounts (adm@damha1piracicaba.com.br) was blocked and I've received the message :" Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit [ Bounce count=20] " But I cannot enable it again on the control panel. Could you please, unblock my account? MX Records for Wix

How is spam handled via imap client?
How do I handle spam in Zoho via imap client? Mark an email as spam --> move the email to spam folder. Mark an email as not spam --> move the email to inbox. Is that how it works? Use Outlook and Store All Mail in Zoho
Good morning from the UK, New user trialing Zoho here. We currently use Outlook for emails due to the auto text ability. I would like to create an email using Outlook and store it against the customer in Zoho, is this possible? On top of this we need all incoming and outgoing emails into Outlook stored in Zoho. IMAP client always shows Downloading Messages
I've got my Zoho account setup on my Mac using Mail as the client using IMAP. It has worked fine for months. After the recent IMAP issues, the account started acting strange, even after the problems were said to have been solved on Zoho's end. My Mail client just always shows "Downloading Messages." It's been showing "5,517 of 6,041" messages for hours. (See screen shot.) Thing is, the emails on my Mac appear to be completely synced with Zoho webmail. There doesn't appear to be anything left to download!
Add option to search email address with right click options

pdf not opening when using outlook
Hi, I've got a problem when accessing my zoho account through outlook. Any pdfs that are sent to me are reported as damaged or not coded correctly. They open fine when I access the email account through the website, do I need to ammend some settings or something? Any help would be appreciated. Sam
