Hi, I'm testing Zoho mail and I deleted some mails and they aren't in the deleted section anymore. Can you help me to recover the deleted mails? I apreciate any help given. My Zoho user Id: 40366307.
Outlook not connecting to Zoho
Outlook is not connecting to the server, i am not able to send and recive any emails, but i can see them on web browser. I can connect to all other account on Outlook but not my Zoho Server account.

Android exchange stopped working
Although the sync says it has completed fine, my zoho contacts have disappeared from my phone and using gmail app just hangs saying "waiting for sync" when trying to get mail. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Do I need to delete the account and re-create it? settings: username and password: set correctly server: msync.zoho.com port: 443 security type: SSL/TLS "validating server settings" completes without error. On the zoho side: activesync is enabled, two factor authentication is disabled.

Outlook not connecting, not receiving imap email
Since this morning i am not receiving any email, outlook can not connect to the server. It says connecting securely and then it gives me an error. I may think is a technical error server problem from Zoho Servers, but can someone help me fix this issue.
Drafts folder is not synched at android IMAP client

Zoho mail account configured to forward messages to gmail account but nothing shows up in gmail
Pretty much what it says in the title... I configured my Zoho email account (tc@tcbloodstock.com) to forward all incoming messages to my gmail account (tcbloodstock1@gmail.com) and it looks correct in the settings but none of the 1400+ messages in my inbox have shown up in my Gmail account. Any ideas?
How do I change the name in the 'from' section of an email
How do I go about changing the name seen here at the top of any email messages I create? I've combed all the settings and have updated every field I've seen with my first / last name in there. However, none of the changes I have found in the settings seem to be reflected here. This one "From" field still remains as it was, and the last name seen here is what I am trying to change. Any suggestions?
MX Records Already Pointing to AntiSpam

Pop Account Importing Old Emails
Hello, I added a POP3 mail account (aol) through Settings > Mail Accounts and it keeps importing old emails as new/unread. I don't want to import any old emails at all, is there a way to disable this so it only listens for new incoming emails? I tried settings up " Enable for Messages that arrive from" option under Settings > Email Forwarding and IMAP/POP, but it doesn't so anything. How can I get it to stop importing old emails and just listen for new incoming emails or do I have to wait for

Whitelisting is not stopping legitimate emails from landing in Spam folder.
I have opted in to receive promotional emails from a very reputable company, yet the emails are routed to my spam folder. Every time I recover the spam-routed email (i.e., by clicking Not Spam), I would expect Zoho to learn that the sender is OK. Unfortunately, the emails keep landing in Spam. I whitelisted the sender address, but it still goes to spam. I whitelisted the sender domain, but it still goes to spam. Is there anything else I can do?
Allowed IPs Restriction Not Working For All Users
Hello, I activated "Allowed IPs" restriction (in dashboard) for all user roles set so they could only login from a certain address. It worked for my support@ login (prevents login), but my sales@ login is still working even though it's accessing from an address not on the whitelist. Both accounts are set to user roles so I'm not sure why one is restricted but the other not. Can someone fix this or tell me what's wrong?

Count on unread for all sub-folders?
I have a medium-complexity hierarchy of folders into which I move email messages. The Zoho mail web interface shows a count of unread messages in each folder but it does not cascade that count upward to parent folders. So, when I look at all my top level folders I see no indication that there are unread within them. All I see if a count labeled Unread that mixes all folders into one. Is there a way for each parent folder to show how many unread there are within it and all chil folders under it? This
