Forwarding Frequently Disabled - Why?
I forward all email from my domain to a GMail account with Zohomail. Over the last week this has been repeatedly disabled automatically - I get the warning and final warning emails (though they don't include a reason), but the 'has been disabled' email isn't forwarded to GMail, which is really unhelpful. I don't understand why my forward is getting disabled - there's plenty of space on my GMail, and it's not like Google servers are unreliable for uptime... I also receive plenty of messages between
Forward mail to Zoho
I have a domain mydomain.com, the domain hosting company (Binero) has free forwarding of mail for that domain without having to create a box at Binero. I am trying to forward that mail to my mail here at Zoho (it works forwarding to Gmail for example). I keep getting the error: <user@myzohodomain.com> (expanded from <user@mydomain>): user unknown How does one fix this?
Signature Bug in Zoho Mail
In my Zoho Mail account, my signature isn't showing at the bottom of my emails. I have resaved the signature several times, and it only correctly is added to the first email after I have resaved the signature. I think this is a bug, and i'd like to know when it will be fixed. Thanks!

I am a Zoho free email user and I used a support link last week to report a nearly identical email from the same entity. Received today, spam from 74.201.84.160, a Zoho server. The spammers use whois info to ID recently purchased domains, which is not allowed by ICANN. Please take appropriate action. I would be happy to provide the original directly to Zoho personnel.

Folders and Mail Missing
Hello, I recently downgraded from Business Mail to a free account, removing all domain-based emails from being associated with my Zoho email address. After deleting my organization in the Mail Control Panel, all my created folders and all previous emails disappeared from my inbox and respective folders on my Zoho account. I never intended for my Zoho email address to be affected by this. Please advise! Many thanks!

POP access to my email from Live not working
I see where many others are having a similar issue. I filled out a help desk request last week but have not gotten a response. Can someone please take a look and see if they can determine what is preventing the connection? It has worked for probably a year or more until about 7-10 days ago.

I was very unhappy to discover that I cannot send e-mails. Neither by webmail nor directly through SMTP. Messages appear in the webmail's "sent" folder, but none of them really hit the target. In other words: outgoing mail just stopped working today. This is a CATASTROPHE. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Zoho team - huh?

Hi, I have my e-mail domain hosted in zoho.com. I have an e-mail account, e.g. aaa@bbb.com. Now I asked somebody else to create an e-mail address for me in another domain, e.g. ccc@ddd.com which automatically forwards to aaa@bbb.com. This setup fails with a "5.1.0 Address rejected". Dear Zoho team, Yesterday evening I discovered that some email had been set to 'read', but not by me. This morning, again over 25 emails had been switched from 'unread' to 'read'. Delay in Receiving Emails
My company has been having problems receiving emails. Some emails would be delayed as long as 5-6 hours. I know that my MX records are not pointing to zoho.com and that is because the spam is ridiculous when they are. I checked the message log from my spam service and emails are getting through but not getting to the end-user. I've had this service since around October-November of last year and has been nothing but problems. I'm getting pretty close to asking for a refund.

POP is not connecting
I am using Mail to access my Zoho mail on my desktop. It has worked fine for weeks and this morning it is telling me that it cannot access my POP mail server. All of the log-in information and SSL info has not changed. I can access mail on the web using my log-in so that isn't the issue. Any ideas? Is the Zoho POP server down?
