Switching accounts does not also switch sender email address
Choosing another forwarded account doesn't seem to also change the origin address. Emails sent contain the main account address, and sometimes seem slower. It is only by changing and reselecting from the dropdown does the origin appear to update correctly, so recipient isn't confused about the sender. Long time user. Zoho users using CloudMagic are having issues. Please help.
Hi, In case you haven't heard about CloudMagic, it's an email app which supports various email services including Zoho. We have a lot of Zoho users who use CloudMagic. CloudMagic was able to sync all Zoho accounts with out any problems. But, we've noticed that syncing is stopped for all these users from yesterday. Incomplete mx instructions
I accidently closed my web browser while setting up email with own domain. I didn't get to do the bit that said "if you do not do this you cannot recieve email" now I cannot recieve email! the reply to the sender says "No MX or A records for fitzroyhelicopters.com" How do I get back to complete setup?
Help Me Find My MAIL!?!?
I'm a "free" account member and have been for about a year. Lately when I try to access my mail account I get a prescreen that tries to upgrade to a larger business account, and that's ok, I understand that and hope to be able next year to expand my services as my small business grows, but it's an endless loop of the advertising and sometimes I never am able to get into my mail. sent items not syncing with outlook 2013
Hi there, We are using outlook 2013 and while setting up a pop account on outlook, the sent item folder is not fetching any information from the server. All other folders are syncing well, but not 'sent items'? Please help
Outgoing mail blocked, can't unblock
One of our users tried to send a message with too many recipients and got blocked. He logged into webmail and tried to unblock his account. It said the account was unblocked but then it was immediately blocked again. This happened 3 times and now he has reached the daily unblock limit. I finally figured out that the offending message was still in his Apple Mail outbox and the app was still trying to send it. It has been removed so now we just need his account unblocked.

Mail messages with wrong date
I noticed that some of my older emails are reported with the wrong date, by 7 years. I was surprised to see that an email sent on August 4, 2008 (correct by the message header), was listed on top in Zoho Mail as April 29, 2015.
Not receiving email
I recently set up a zoho email account. -I have verified the domain and updated the MX files. Unfortunately something seems to be wrong. -I can send emails from the account but -I haven't been able to receive my test emails, which leads me to believe that no email is coming thru. -MX files have been updated and verified. This email is the bloodline to my family's welfare, could you please help me resolve the issue. Can anybody help, please?

Forward not always working
I noticed that when the forward is enabled (I double checked), it's not always forwarding my mail to my gmail address. Some are being forwarded, while others are not. SPAM is included in the forward, so what's the deal exactly?

Any Changes to Zoho Mail?
For some odd reason, after initializing my Zoho mail program, it takes a 10 or 15 seconds before any action can be taken. It says it is "loading" - something I have never seen before. All other programs, including Gmail seem to work without any delay factor.

CRM contextual gadgets not showing in firefox
we are running Firefox v36.0 as default browser, the contextual gadgets do not pop up when clicked. When clicking on the "CRM" button bottom right on the email panel on an existing contact person in Zoho, that bottom screen pops open but remains totally blank. While it should show the latest entries in Zoho CRM or ability to create tasks, events etc. Similar functionality works on chrome very well, but we have no intention to implement another default browser. Is this a bug in Firefox or a configuration

Adding MX Record on Zoho
Hi, I use BT as my domain registrar and they have updated my A and CNAME record to repoint the DNS. Yet, I cannot see the change take place with Zoho. It's been two days now. I am also expecting important emails but nothing comes through, either via Zoho or BT. BT has now advised that I request Zoho to add a mx record. Has anyone come across this issue? Outlook Express: Duplicate emails in sent items
We have just moved to Zoho and when we send emails, Outlook Express is duplicating the sent items. Emails are going out only once as expected. Search function doesn't return always return all matching emails
Searching for a sender doesn't always return all the matches. For example doing a search for an email address as sender in all folders in the format user@domain.com returned only 1 match from about 30 existing matches. After doing a search only on user (without @domain.com) then returned all of them. Then only after that the user@domain.com returned the correct messages.
Zoho Mail not showing the number of pages
The messages list pane in Zoho Webmail is not showing the total number of pages or emails. It shows only the current range of email messages in the list in the upper right corner, for example <1 - 50> or <51-100>. How can I turn on the total number of pages or messages in the Inbox?
Cannot drag and drop using IE
When I login to mail using IE, I have no drag and drop functionality. It's fine in FF and Chrome. Is there a setting I'm missing or an IE option I need to switch on/off?

Unable to send or receive emails from my zoho account
