Migrate zoho mail to yahoo mail
Hi , We would like to migrate our zoho mails to yahoo paid mails . There are some questions : 1 . how can we access our zoho mail account after the ourdomain.com record transferred to the yahoo paid mail ? 2 . any suggested tools or ways to transfer or import the email in zoho to the yahoo paid email account (emls , imap or other tools) ? Adding a new license
Hello, I have a free mail account with Zoho. I have 3 users added to it. For one of the user, the 5GB inbox is approaching the limit. Can I upgrade for that one user by buying one license ? Or, do I have to upgrade all the three users ? Thanks

New user name does not appear in sent email
Hi, I sign up new zoho mail with domain with my personal name. After verification and everything I decided to change personal data "full name" and "nick name" for company name and not my personal name. Data saved and in profile appears the new name, but when I compose a new mail and send...there is still the old name. How to change that? Thank you.
Please reject and bounce emails that fail SPF
To Zoho. A large percentage of spam coming in completely fails SPF checks. I am talking a complete FAIL, not a neutral. There is no need to have these come in and waste time sifting through them. Please reject these with a bounce message to the sender (or at least give users that option). Can't send but can receive e-amil
When I try to send an e-mail via my zoho account I get an error message with "Reason: eof". I can recieve e-mail without a problem. Thank you for your help. Update: If I try to send a mail from the Dashboard I get this message: Attachment error Unable to send message;Reason:[EOF].
IMAP SELECT error
I just signed up and am trying to configure IMAP on thunderbird. I used my email address for username and set imap.zoho.com port 993 SSL and normal password. I am getting a SELECT error when trying to open inbox(or any other folder). More confusingly, with IMAP enabled I can't get email through the web interface.

Migration from Outlook Domain to Zoho
Hi there, I am trying to migrate mail from my Microsoft Custom Domain to Zoho, but I keep getting an error message "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password." I am using the source user name as "firstname.lastname@domain.com" which one of the 8 accounts I need to migrate. Under Source password, I have also added the password associated with that account (used in Outlook). In Destination Email, I have inputted the same "firstname.lastname@domain.com"

Error: No groups in your Organization!
I have already created a group and have included users to it. (Used the Groups feature on the Control Panel to do this). In the mail feature when I am trying to use 'Add to groups' feature of a mail it is giving me the following error: "No groups in your Organization" The group already exists under the Groups feature. Am I missing something?! I need to forward the email received by the mail account to be forwarded to a group of people. How to do that? How can I solve this problem?

Can't verify zoho acct in gmail or change pswd bc authenticated w/Gmail
I am trying to set up receiving email in gmail. I created the zoho account using the "login with Google" option, so don't have/know a separate zoho email password. My gmail password doesn't work in either the verify forwarding function that I get when trying to forward my email to gmail, or when I try to change my password within Zoho. How do I manage my password and how do I set up mail so that everything goes to gmail and I can send via gmail?

Moving around alot
I am moving to Europe. I notice when I move around the States, I have to receive a verification # by text to access my account. Next week I will be there, and I will not have the same phone number. How will this work? Thanks, JW

My friend's e-mail account info@t-makom.com is marked as inactive. It has been oppened recenlty so I don't think it's inactive because it's not being used. I cannot reset the password or login in anyway. Please advise. It's urgent. Thanks
Problem receiving mail
I am receiving email on my zoho email account, but I am not receiving emails that are sent from a contact form on my website. I have adjusted my contact form to send the email to various other accounts and I am able to receive the email, just not on my zoho email account. I thought maybe the email was going to spam, but it is not. My contact form email will successfully go to 2 different gmail accounts and works fine with a time warner email account. Moving emails to subfolder
Everyday I move my emails from my inbox to client specific subfolders to keep them organized, I have around 30 different subfolders under a parrent folder. When I have to move an email to a subfolder, only the downward arrow in the subfolder list pop-up works. So if I have to move to say the 25th subfolder, I have to point the cursor at the downward arrow until it scrolls to the 25th subfolder. It would be really helpful it the upward arrow is also enabled (even though I begin from the first subfolder)

how do you re-send a group invitation?
I have created some groups and added members, but some people say they never got the invite and its not in their spam folder. How do I resend the invitation? There are some mentions of a resend feature in the documentation/forums but I can't find it in the group menu.

I need to archive all Emails (incoming, outgoing - internal, external - everthing) of a certain domain. This should be done by not involving the individual users, but, by the administrator on the domain level.
