Group email does not receive email as Cc from the recipient
Dear All, I created a mail group (with 10 users) and I can send emails to them. When I send an email and I have this group email account as Cc then all the users receive my email. But they do not receive the answer from the recipient (as Cc)! Why this happens? Am I missing something in settings?
Can't receieve any emails
It occurs that from past 3 days, i am not receiving any emails on my Zoho Mail account. I got to know thins when someone sent me a copy of the email failure report that he received. Just set up my mail account. Got everything working, MX records pointing, etc. Seemed to work. Could receive and send email. Enabled IMAP. Configured my Apple Mail (Yosemite) client to point at Zoho per the instructions. The account is created in Apple Mail, and I see the Sent, Spam, Templates, and Trash folders. Zoho Mail for iPhone
The Zoho Mail app was released for iPhone and it looks great. I have 3 email addresses however and currenlty use the build in iPhone Mail app to view them all at once. Is there any chance I can do the same with the Zoho Mail app instead? I don't want to use the POP3 mail retrieval, I want to be able to send and receive from each account individually through the app. Is that possible?

IMAP Integration (Cannot connect to SMTP host:)
I have configured IMAP Integration. I received the confirmation email that IMAP configuration was successful and Zoho is successfully picking up messages from my Zoho contacts and flagging them however I cannot send mail to a Lead or contact when viewing their profile. When I am viewing a lead I select Send Mail on the right hand side of the page. A new window appears where I can compile the email. How to block domain name extension?

Problem with viewing email
When I click on an email, it only opens up in a very small window within the zoho page. It's only a couple inches wide and a couple inches high, and it makes viewing emails extremely difficult. I can't seem to find out how to enlarge the emails to a reasonable size, so I don't have to constantly scroll left to right on each line, etc. Is this possible ?
Adding a mailbox to the free version of mail
I have the free version of mail (something other than Lite?) and am unable to add a free mailbox. Other discussions have said to login as administrator and click "control panel". I've been unable to do that and suspect it is not available on my free version. Any help?
Deleting sent emails
I am using the free version of Zoho Mail and have configure both Outlook and my iPhone email clients to use it. Everything works fine except that my sent emails remain in the Sent folder without being deleted, even though I have specified that no emails are to be saved on the server. Incoming emails are properly deleted. What do I need to do in order for sent emails to be deleted? Thanks

Sending emails
When I convert a name from a Lead to a Contact, I can no longer choose to send them template emails I have setup in the "Public" folder. "Public" is not a choice I can click on in the list. I don't see where folders can be edited to include being able to send them to all types of leads/contacts/accounts. Thank you.

Problems with sending emails from Zoho
Hallo Zoho, We've been having a lot of problems with sending emails: All of our @baushtelle.org emails are having a lot of problems with sent emails. - at times the email appears in the sent folder, but is not received by the designated party - other times it does not appear at all in the sent folder, and it is not received by the designated party. Remove email messages from sent folder
I am using the free version of Zoho mail and use Outlook and an iPhone as my email clients. Everything works fine except that a copy of my message is still stored on the Zoho server even though I have set my options to not save messages. Received emails get removed as soon as I download them but sent emails do not. How can I make sure that copy of my sent emails is not stored on the server? Thanks in advance

Closing account
I find myself in an infinite loop. Every time I try to close my account, the system says to delete the organization associated with it, but I cannot delete the organization without deleting all users, but I cannot delete the only user associated with the organization because the system says I am not authorized to perform this operation. Emails not going to CRM folder in Outlook
Can anyone help. When I add a new lead or contact in Zoho any replies to emails I sent went into outlook and then a CRM folder. This has stopped happening. Also my CRM email notifications seem to have stopped coming through. Has anyone got any idea how to fix this?

emailing multiple contacts from 1 account
Hi, I have multiple contacts for 1 account and I regularly want to send a single email to all the contacts. I don't want use an email template as this seems overkill, I just need a selection criteria so I can type a normal email message and select all the contacts I need in 1 step. Is this possible?
