Drafts Not Marking Original Message As Replied
When I reply to a message, and save it as a draft and then later send it from the draft, the original message is not marked as replied to. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Date appears wrong in mail view
Minor little glitch but it did confuse me for a while. When I have my mail view with the reading pane on the right and the width of the mailbox panel too narrow to show the full date/time and size of the message, as you progressively squeeze this panel the Date part compresses internally to the panel to the point where you can see the month and the first digit of the size. This then gives the appearance of the data being sorted incorrectly. If the width is limited wouldn't it make more sense to
Not able to recWeive emails in outlook - till yesterday it was working
I am not able to send/receive mails through outlook now. It was working fine all these days till yesterday. When I log into zoho mail, I am able to see all the emails. I have not done any changes in the settings. When I try to send/receive, it asks for username and password. Even when I enter correct credentials, it asks for re-entering the password. Normal mail ends up in spam folder
Hi, how come that are also normal e-mails end up in the spam folder? There is nothing special in the mail, no blacklisted mail or domain, nothing strange or uncommon in the mail. However, it's marked as spam. How can I prevent this? I can send you the original header (better if in private) to sort the problem out. I can not whitelist the sender, because it's only one of my many customers and i cannot whitelist all of them. thanks, marc

Impossible to verify domain and set-up Zoho email
I have followed the instructions to the letter. Everything is as it should be, and yet verifying my domain seems to be beyond the realms of my powers. Is it me? Is there something wrong with my reading and understanding of instructions or have others suffered this problem also? I am using an email service that will generate sales leads then send email templates to all of the leads I choose. The I set up my email at the site but they can't seem to send any emails on my behalf from my Zoho account. Is there some why I can authorize this service to send email from my account on my behalf?
Incoming email go directly to SPAM folder
Hello I've enabled Zoho mail using: recent:myadress@gmail.com since i have other POP accounts. All incoming email go derectly to the SPAM folder Therefore I disabled zoho spam filter processing - but - it does not help! Please advise. Also, until problem is solved: 1) How do i transfer all messages from spam folder to Inbox as a bulk? 2) What should be configures for the emails i send for gmail to go directly to the SEND folder in ZOHO? Hi, I want to use ZOHO Mail for my Company. I tested it, and i have some problems: -When I sent an E-Mail from ZOHO (normal text) to @outlook.com, Outlook.com marked it as Spam! (Same as in other Mailservices!) What can I do, that ZOHO Mails are not longer in Spam! This time - our company uses Google Apps. And there were never problems with Spam! -The Language is bad! Dear Zoho, I understand Zoho Mail currently only support Domainkey-Signature, not Dkim-Signature. One of our users is trying to send email to the domain isoclima.com.mx We receive a bounce back recipient at isoclima.com.mx Domain Not Resolved. I have checked using various DNS lookup tools and they all find the MX record for isoclima.com.mx. The user had to use a gmail account to reach his recipient. Please fix. Thanks

Several of my site's email accounts have been getting these warnings. Some emails aren't being forwarded but some are fine. This question was asked a few years ago but I wanted to see if anything has changed. Is it possible yet to block all emails from specific top level domains? 95% of the 200+ spam emails I get everyday are from .eu, .ru, .info, etc. I never receive legitimate emails from those domains and never will so it would be great to just block them at the source. Zoho Login is being blocked / Webmail
Hi, I cant access from an IP address in Brazil to the Zoho Website and Zoho Webmail Login. I think your servers is blocking my IP Address: 179.209.115.145 I have talked to my host provider and everything is OK. When I try to traceroute to your server, I got stuck on hop. If I try to traceroute using different broadband connection, everything is working and I can connect it. Could you check if everything is OK with my IP in your host? Thanks Leandro

I really wish I could use a label as input to an archive policy to archive/delete categories of mail. I can't see how to do this but maybe I've missed it.
how to use a personal email address for sending emails
I recently signed up with an email, but want to send out from Zoho under a different email. Unfortunately, the other email says it's in use?? I just set this email up through my website and know it wasn't used. The only thing i can figure is, maybe it was used by another Zoho user inadvertently? (typo)? How can i get it out of the system? Is there a system admin with Zoho that i can contact for this issue?

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to fully translate the "welcome email" that members of a Group get when they are added to that Group. I realized that some of the text is customizable, e.g. I could translate the text after "Message From Administrator : -" But I can't seem to find how/where to translate other sentences like: "ACCEPT THIS INVITATION" or "Your confirmation is needed for receiving emails addressed to" Is a fully customizable welcome email possible?
