POP3-Server problems/down?
Hi, what's up with your POP3-Server. I allways get the error: "Service Unavailable" or the server timed out. Can you please check what's going on... THX Regards.

My idea is pretty simple and basic and has actually been around for a long time. The ability to sort by date. I am happy that you allow this feature. I'm astonished by how many email services do not allow you to sort by date or decide to sort by date by having the newest email first rather than the oldest date. I noticed that this is the case with Zoho. You allow us to sort by date but do not allow us to sort by date consistently. For instance every time I log in I have to ask that my mail be sorted
email forwarding not working
Hi, I recently signed up for three email accounts with a custom domain. They seem to be set up and receiving email but forwarding to gmail is not working. I confirmed forwarding from the gmail accounts, checked the spam folder, everything...no luck. Any other ideas?
Problem Receiving Emails from some other Domains

Cannot receive mails within same domain
I am setup on Avitamsolutions.com for Zoho Mail, and the setup seemed to go well. I can send and receive mails outside of the domain (e.g. gmail.com to/from avitamsolutions.com) but I cannot send mail between zoho users within the domain Avitamsolutions.com The MX records are fine. Any suggestions?
WHY IS ZOHO SO SLOW, OUT TEAM IS IN USA AND CANADA, MAJOR PROBLEMS
For the past week or two our users have been complaining about Zoho speed. Email inbox not refreshing for 1 or more hours. Also typing an email and noticing that Zoho is trying to save the draft version and it just spins and spins without end. Some time it will be 2 or 3 hours before the inbox refreshes. This has been happening a lot in the past two weeks. Out team members in Florida, Georgia and Canada are all experiencing this. Please Help. Steve

I have one domain managed by zoho mail opiliorecruitment.co.uk and another domain using office365 opilio.co.uk It has been working for a long time, but today, I have been unable to send emails from opilio.co.uk users to opiliorecruitment.co.uk users. Recipient of an email from my account at zoho
When I compose an email from my account it displays from: <othername>blah(at)zoho(dot)com and when the person receives it it displays that the email was sent from <othername> and not blah(at)zoho(dot)com. Is this because it is using the other email as a recovery, is it just a default, or is it because it is a free account? Is there anyway to change it so when a recipient gets an email from me it displays from: blah(at)zoho(dot)com and not <othername>?
i cant get my zohomail to receive email but i can send emails out - configured MX record already.

Hello, I recently purchased a domain through wordpress and wish to use Zoho for my email purposes. After a few days of not receiving emails, I realized that I am able to send them, but not receive them. Clean up "From" address list
I have a zoho mail account with multiple emaiil aliases (addresses) associated with it. But many of those addresses are only "incoming" - i.e. I don't to send mail from them. How do I clean up the "From" pop down menu in the Compose form and get rid of all "from" addresses I do not need?

Limiting email loading into my Zoho CRM
I want to have ONLY the emails sent and received from my Zoho listed customers to show up in Zoho email and right now I have all my old emails loaded in there and every email I send is copying to Zoho as well. As CEO of this company with a subsidiary business as well I have lots of stuff I do not want cluttering my CRM nor do I want my CRM admin folks reading all my messages, some of which deal with sensitive issues and personnel.

Zoho Mail in Blackberry - duplicate incoming emails
Hi. We have an issue after we setup the pop settings in a Blackberry Z10. We are getting all the incoming emails twice and also all the emails to the account cliffwalker@zoho.com. problem sending mail using contact form
This is a mail settings panel in Joomla, when I try to send mail using Contact Form, mail does not reach our ourdomain.com (we are using ZOHO to collect mail, for our domain), but when I check the checkbox on that contact form 'send copy to my self' I get that message delivered to the address I entered in contact form, so the mail function is doing ok, however why we don't get mail on our domain?

Good evening! I am trying to open an account for a domain that uses the new gtlds that have recently went live. It is a .photography domain and in the sign up process it reports invalid domain name specified. Are the new gtlds not going to be supported or is it something that is going to change?
