E-mail Outage Zoho NOT responding to Emergency Tickets
Zoho e-mail service has been very patchy throughout this week ( 2 June 2014 to 5 June 2014). This has been a problem despite the claim that the service has been fixed last week. We are having incoming and outgoing server outages across all our accounts. However, to make matters worse we have submitted an Emergency ticket and 24 hours later we have had no answer and no solution. As a paying customer of Zoho Mail and other Zoho products we find this behaviour to be contemptible. Please address the

Not receiving mail - Error 601 - MX records correct
Hi, I haven't been able to receive mail since yesterday. Hi Team, Our ZOHO channels have stopped receiving emails as of some time this morning: support_UPF@ellbygroup.zohosupport.com support_FBA@ellbygroup.zohosupport.com We are still able to send out emails but we are unable to receive any. We had some issues with ZOHO yesterday and got an email this morning saying that an email had been blocked after 32 attempts. MX records problem (custom domain, squarespace hosting, zoho mail)
Hi, I'm using a custom domain without hosting (ihs.com.tr). I made a website with squarespace and directed my domain to there (so im using squarespace's hosting). Then I also setup an email account with zoho and directed my mx records to zohomail. I could manage to verify my account with zoho, however the MX records just don't work. Spam filtering quality
I am thinking about switching to Zoho from 1and1.com. I am bombarded with spam and 1and1 is letting too much spam come through to my inbox and also flagging non-spam as spam. The whitelist/blacklisyt controls don't work very well on 1and1.com. What could other users tell me about Zoho's spam blocking and whitelist/blacklist handling? Is it pretty good?

Do filters work on the spam folder?
There's one especially annoying, frequent spam email that does go right to my email spam folder, but I'd rather it got automatically deleted. Setting up filters is effective for mail coming to the Inbox, but doesn't seem to work on the spam folder. Is that by design? Or did I likely do something wrong? outgoing email, name error on address
HI, For some reason, I cant change the name displaying in front of my outgoing email address. Originally, I had put SADEH777 as user Name and lator I changed it to "Econoprix" once I realized that name is automatically posted in front of all outgoing emails. but even though on the setting screen I see the right name, on outgoing messages it still shows "sadeh777 <admin@econoprix.com>" can you please help me fix this? thank you

Zoho WebMaid -- Missing/Disappearing emails
We use zoho for all business-related emails. 5 days ago our inbox was suddenly 100% wiped clean -- all emails sitting in the inbox disappeared without a trace. The missing emails are not in spam, trash, archives, or anywhere else to be found. Emails saved to other folders were preserved. So basically I have account admin@example.com hosted on zoho. As well I have name.surname@example.com hosted here. My application needs to send e-mails from admin@example.com. Works fine on gmail and yahoo. And I guess on most other email providers as well. But if I try to send email to name.surname@example.com from my application, email does not get delivered (not even to spam folder). So I am guessing that zoho sees that email is coming from different server, and therefore blocks it. What could

IMAP Client use means my outgoing messages will be marked as spam?
I just got setup with my Zoho email account with my own domain as my address. It was working fine until I set up my Apple Mail client with IMAP. When I sent test e-mails to my gmail account, they were marked with a warning that this could be spam. When I sent it to my husband's gmail account it went straight to his spam folder. I sent another with my Zoho account and it worked fine. I want to use alternative email clients without my personal outgoing messages being marked as spam. Please help!

I recently link a couple of our Zoho Account to our Gmail accounts. Since the change, we are experiencing a handful of issues. How do I disable Zoho and Gmail Link? If We choose to keep the link between the accounts here are the issues When sending emails through Zoho Templates - They do not always show up in sent items (in gmail), so we aren't sure if they were actually sent. Whats the ETA on latest Mail issue?
@zohocares advises "working on it" and "soon" and affecting "limited number of customers" but has been over 8 hours, SMTP outgoing doesnt work and incoming IMAP is extremely slow. Please do not ask for a traceroute (this has been tested from several networks including VPN into different countries) Please do not ask to clear browser cache (that's just stupid) but regardless this has been tested from several devices Note this is a paid 10+ subscribers account.
All emails going into the same account
I have created and email account for B...@brentreid.com and another one for J...@brentreid.com. But emails for B... are going into J... mail box. Also emails FROM J.... appear to be coming from B... Not sure if this is related but: B... doesn't actually have a Zoho account -- just B...@brentreid.com -- does he need a Zoho one? The brentreid.com registrar has pointed the MX to mx.zohomail.com -- not in the normal way but not to a specific address, so that's not the cause. B also doesn't show up as
