Thanks Zoho for finally implementing a catch-all account for email. I stumbled across it a few minutes ago and it works! To setup a catch-all account: Go to Control Panel Then Email Administration -> Spam Control Enter your catch-all email address in the "Catch all Email id" field Save I have noticed that overall mail delivery is slower after setting up a catch-all, so looks like Zoho needs to do some tweaking to the implementation. imap with MAC Outlook requires login 1x/day, every day.
I'm having an issue where the IMAP client on MAC Outlook (Office 2011 on Mavericks) requires me to login/enter password every day. I of course have checked remember me and allowed ZOHO to access my key chain to store the password. This works as expected on the iOS client.

Hi, VERY IMPORTANT - this is in reference to the contacts in zoho mail suite - NOT in CRM. While we are extremely happy with many features of zoho and the mail suite interface, contact management is extremely frustrating, and becoming a dealbreaker for whether or not our nonprofit can utilize zoho (I have been testing apps out on my zoho account so we can see if it is feasible for our nonprofit to make the switch). Is there any way to turn off two-step verification? I have a roaming IP address, which means I have to do this every time I use my email.

Wrong name display in outgoing Email
Hi, I have just setup my domain, when I registerd I used my Gmail account, Now in all of my outgonig email from my domain the other side that recived the mail get my email with the good address: itzik@mydomain.com but with a the name of my gmail account ( not the domain gmail the name of the account) somthing like this: itzik@mydomain.com ("itzik levi" <-- this is the name in my gmail) I try to find an alias in my accound and didn't find any. web.de & GMX not working anymore?
Since GMX and web.de changed authorisation to send emails today, I can't send any emails through Zoho Mail using these accounts anymore. The authoristation fails. I still receive emails and I can send emails through web.de and GMX using my local Outlook-Client using exactly the same (updated) configuration. Of course, the zoho-smtp still works fine. Anyone else facing the same problem?

I'm going to try this as a means to get my issue resolved since sending a support request as EMERGENCY is not addressed in a timely fashion...I guess not getting email is not an emergency...just an inconvenience. I add some mailbox aliases at CP - User Details - User - Mail accounts, and now I can use any of this alias as username at login, how can I disable it and use only mailbox address for login? Zoho says, "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho."
I have just set up Zoho mail and the control panel is saying, "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho." When I go to the help article about this and research the issue it says I can go to Control panels >> Domains and then click on the "!" next to the domain to try and resolve this. However, that link doesn't exist. Anyone know how I can get to the "verification" page?
Not receiving email
hi, I'm having problems receiving email to my zoho account when sending from webhosting. Interesting thing is that it only happens when i send emails from web hostings. Eg. I have wordpress installed on one of the hostings and when adding new user with my this email, confirmation mail never comes It's not a problem with webhosting as I tried this with other emails and it works fine. Also tested with another hosting, same things happens ( others work but this email doesn't ) I have contact form

Unable to use my personal email address
I suddenly only have the option to send from my zoho email address and have been asked to verify my account again. I only set this up 2 weeks ago, does this happen bi-weekly as standard? Also, I requested a verification code nearly an hour ago and still haven't received anything - It was instant last time, does anyone know how long the code generation can take? Thanks Jo

Run "empty folder" automatically
Is there any option to run "empty folder" automatically every day? It means - auto clean old messages? Or are you planning implement this function in the future? And second question - yesterday when I connected to ZOHO mailbox using POP3 (from outlook.com servers), I obtained mails from Inbox folder and some from Sent folder too. Seemed like a bug. Hi, Is this feature still coming? It is very needed still!!!!! I read some posts from a few years ago that said it was in the works, but I haven't found a way to set it up in the settings yet. It would be very useful to have parent folders highlighted when subfolders have new email in them. I have a lot of folders in my email account, but I can't utilize subfolders because this feature is missing. My own message not at the top of the conversation
I'm brand new to Zoho, having just started using it today, after years of Gmail (but am trying to find somewhere NOT Google). In an email thread, the last message I sent doesn't show up at the top of the thread. The only way I know to see what I last wrote in the thread is to go to the "Sent" folder. Is there a way to change this, so that my own message will be the top one visible in the conversation?

Can't add or see flags using Zoho Mobile Sync
Having flagged emails in IMAP on Apple Mail, I pick up my mail on my iPad only to see that none of the flags are there, I also cannot flag emails over active sync. I believe this is an issue that needs some attention - its a simple function that works over other active sync implementations, and I'm not sure why it hasn't already been implemented on Zoho Sync. Do you have any idea when this will be implemented? I'm also waiting patiently for you to release Caldav and Carddav so that I can sync all

Unable to access email via iPhone or Web, using 3 accounts, and three different Internet connections.

HI, I cannot access my zoho mail. When I go to the webmail login page, the page will not load properly for me to enter my email address and password. Likewise when I try to connect with my mobile device or my desktop email software (Thunderbird) I cannot connect and I am told the server timed out. Is there some a system wide issue with zoho mail at the moment?
New alias for my mail account error
I created new account with my domain al.lv. Then created new user admin@al.lv Then create aliase for this mail with ID - lgp (lgp@al.lv)? But now I see this message: "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization."

Adding hotmail account to Zoho
Hi, I added in my hotmail account to Zoho to receieve/send messages from that address. I went through the setup of the pop and smtp settings and everything worked,and it now says that account is enabled. I've set it to look for messages every 5 minutes, but it's not bringing anything through and I can't see where I've gone wrong. Could anyone offer any assistance? Thanks.
