Read/Unread Mail
I've noticed recently that mail that I have read is not getting marked as read. More specifically, the mail does get marked as read however the next time I come back it is marked as unread again. This happens repeatedly, but not on all mails. Thanks, -Eric

How can I mark all the messages in my inbox as having been read? Up until now I have been using Thunderbird for reading, but they are still marked as unread on the zohomail portal. From now I will be using the zohomail portal to read them, but I still have 200+ marked as unread. Thanks

Zoho Mail's Conversation View Stalls
Hello, For the past two weeks Zoho mail has been stalling in Conversation view. See in the image below, when I click on a message in the conversation list it will not load the message. Hi , Thank you for unblocking my account. Unfortunately after I've sent an email at 20 persons I received a message that one of entry is invalid and the account is blocked again ! I don't add more than 20-25 entries in BCC and I used in the past my contacts without any problem. Please unblock my account and let me know how should | make to avoid this problem. Unable to access login page
I have installed Zoho Office on a local machine on my network as host... it works fine if I login either with localhost or the local IP of my machine. However, if I try to login with my public IP address I am unable to get the login page. I have forwarded the 8080 port using my router to the local IP... but it still does not work. Is there anything obvious I am doing wrong ? Thanks
Mail sent but not delivered?
I'm new to Zoho and am currently road testing the free version of the software. I seem to be having trouble with the email feature. It allows me to send an email with a template but the mail is not received? Have i overlooked something or do i need to change something in settings? I am unable to receive emails from a specific domain. When I check mail at www.mydomain.com/webmail the emails, which are missing from zoho, do show up on my domain's webmail interface. This one domain seems to be the only one from which I cannot receive mail through zoho. I am including below the full message header from one of the emails retrieved through mydomain/webmail, but which did not show up on zoho. Android and Out Look Failure
I am new to Zoho. Iam trying to set u my Android Device (Using the Exchange) - I followed the instructions, but after Step 7, I keep getting an authentication failure. Also I tried setting up my IMAP account in outlook - again a failure. Could this be tied into the two step authentication? If so, how do I fix this? HELP!!!

Hi, I am sending 63 emails to recipients who referred their email addresses, but it seems some are not valid, so I got the Outgoing mail blocked after 10 bounces.
