Can not receive mail from my @mydomain.com senders
Hello, I confirmed ownership and had mx records filled in correctly. I can send mails and receive mails from other sources, i.e yahoo, webmail, etc. but I can not send mails to other users I have created with @mydomain.com extensions. It used to work fine but now I can not use mail forwarding, etc. Any way to fix that?

Pop connection encryption error
Hi, I just setup a couple of email accounts to start using Soho Mail. I was able to setup everything correctly under my new domain inza.co.cr, but when I tried to to configure Outlook using the configuration manual I am getting a connection encryption error. "Your server does not support the connection encryption type you specified. Try changing the encryption method" I already tried using SSL but it does not work. Same thing happens with the SMTP. Is there another configuration that I need

Not receiving emails from all senders
I am not receiving emails from all senders. Some emails come through, I can't figure out how zoho is deciding which ones to allow... The senders are not getting bounced emails/delivery failures and the sent items are not being filtered to my spam box. Any ideas on what the issue is? Thanks!

Continued Activesync Problems
I continue to have active sync problems. I posted on here a few months ago and still the problem remained so I abandoned it because I was tired of dealing with it. I'm back to try again only to still have problems. Previously only mail would work, now this time nothing does. I can't even log in via activesync. Everytime I try to add my account in active sync I receive the following error message; "Unable to verify account information". Before you guys give me the line about checking my account

Sent Messages Folder Display
When accessing the "Sent Messages Folder" or any of the sub folders created, the mail message displays "From" mail recipient (in this case myself) and not the "TO" recipient (who the mail was sent to). 1) How do I change this? and 2) Will my smart phone then also display "TO" in the sent messages folders Thanks Pete

I am using Joomla 2.5 and a contact form to send contact info by smtp.zoho.com. My email from address is the same as my Zoho email account address. In my Zoho email account I have the Send As listed with my Zoho email account address. Simple question about spam and POP
So there's an option to include Spam messages in POP downloads. If this is selected, does the email get marked in any way like by adding SPAM to the subject like some filters do or is it just sent straight through unaltered? Thanks for the help.

Mail outgoing not working.
Hello, I was trying to send mail using outlook. But was unable to do that in fact i tried to do it via portal but i was not able to attache nor send a single mail. Via outlook small email are going so i tries with a 3g dongle instead a local wifi but the same result. Zoho mail server status is showing up-time but its not working. Any solution?

Dear Zoho, I would be grateful if you could unblock our outgoing mail (nexxit@zoho.com) I tried sending our company's usual wishes and calendar attachment, but as usual emails got bounced, and now our outgoing mail is blocked. Hello, I have set up my free mail account with Zoho, I can send mail with no problem, but I can not receive any mail. I have changed MX in my domain registrar. Any solutions ? Thanks and Regards, Harun SOLUTION : I contacted my friend who is in charge of our server and domains, and he said that he did not configure CloudFlare for mail. When he configured it , everything worked fine, as it does now. I hope this solution can help others too.

Please unblock my address sebastian@united-deals.com - I need it urgently! I think it is also really necessary to increase the Bounce-Limit from 10 a day to at least 100 per day. In particular if you have business to do during the holidays-season you get so many out-of-office replies, which do not even mean that people do not read mails. Many people just use these auto-replies to inform email-senders, that there will be not immediate reply. I guess this also would reduce much work in your services

Item window - page down or scroll down doesn't work
I have a large number of email templates. On my Android tablet I can't page down or scroll down the items. Items below the bottom of the window cannot be brought into view. I have to resort to turning the tablet to portrait which is not a convenient move if I've got the tablet docked on the keyboard.

Hi im new in zoho i just got my email account. i been trying to get my email from POP and IMAP on Outlook.com (web and app android) but i cant. i configure it right, i got my email in that moment everything i had on zoho inbox. i sent an email from my Gmail account to my zoho email and i got it in zoho inbox but not on Outlook.com.
