Can you please unblock my outgoing mail? I was attempting to email a huge list of potential clients and didn't realize there was a recipient limit. Thank you very much!
How do I MASS EMAIL records in a CUSTOM module I've created?
I have built 2 custom modules- one is for my Carrier base (Transportation industry) I need the ability to mass email my carriers in a specific geographic area and the only modules that appear to have Mass capability are "Leads" and "Contacts"- enterprise edition being used....

Hi - Can you please unblock my outgoing mail? I was attempting to let my contacts know I have changed over from Yahoo to Zoho and didn't realize there was a recipient and a bounce limit. Email sent from Outlook no attaching to Zoho Contact
IMAP settings When I send a message from Outlook, it does not show up in my contact email messages as sent or in the send to contacts email message as received. I have checked the box to attach sent messages to Zoho Contact. Also it seems that the message sent from Outlook does not show up in the sent message folder in Zoho. Please advise

I am at my wits end. I have my domain verified with Zoho. Updated the MX records with my domain registrar. Hi, I tried coping something from a document in Writer and then pasting it in Sheet, nothing. I have tried using Mozilla 3.5.3 and IE 8.0.6001.18702. In IE I got a message asking if I want zoho to use my clipboard and I selected yes, nothing like that popped in Mozilla. Anyone else having such issues? Thanks

Saving a draft email from within a contact
Hi If I compose a new email from within the emails section (of Zoho mail) there is an option to save as a draft If I'm in a Contact, and open an email tracked to that Contact - then reply to or forward it - I can't see the option to save as a draft Is there any way to do this? This is important as I work on my emails late in the evening, then send the next morning - and I'd like to be able to do that for emails tracked to contacts Thanks, as always Ross
IMAP Migration
Hi I successfully did an IMAP migration from my current provider to Zoho and it worked. I want to do it again to refresh my Zoho mail before I cut over my MX records. Since I have done it once, can I do it again to get caught up? Or will that duplicate everything at Zoho? Thank you.

HELP! one of my colleagues' email has been block when she was trying to send a bunch of emails
Help, my colleague was trying to send a bunch of emails and got bounced back messages. Apparently, it exceeded the daily limit of 10(now I found out). Can you please help to unblock it? Can you please in the future give a message of WARNING first? it will save a lot of trouble. christy@happyteam.com.hk Also, when I tried to forward her message to 2 other accounts, I enabled it, then it disabled after awhile.
